This place used to be an awesome alternative to the other larger and commercial vets around Wood County. Key words are USED TO! Ever since the new owner took over they have become less personal and made doing business with them more difficult and expensive. They won’t share prescriptions for you to have refills done elsewhere even after you just paid for the office visit. They say it’s because they need to keep their cost down but they charge more for the same stuff that you could buy half the price if they would just give you the prescription that you just paid to have your animal diagnosed for. Money grab They won’t continue a prescription for a cat they assigned the prescription to without seeing them again. Money grab Their prices have become less competitive than they were. Money grab They are just like all the rest. They want to get whatever they can out of you and hold you hostage. Money grab It’s a terrible shame. I used to recommend them to anyone that asked about a vet either in person or on social. Now it’s just pick your poison. Success has definitely taken away what made them. I hope enough people push back so they get back to what made them successful in the first place. Done with them!

These guys are happy to help get your pets the care they need. They have great booking for emergency and routine care! The veteranarian overseeing my pet's care has been very helpful with providing explanations and treatment options. The staff is friendly and you can tell they love helping and caring for animals!

I love this place. Take my 8 cats here regularly and the whole team loves every animal that walks in. My favorite place to take my children with tails

My fiancé and I took our cat, Riggs, here for a check up. The staff was great and they took great care of our boy. Definitely will return for future visits!
