Dr. Harris and her team here at MetroPet are nothing short of absolutely amazing. My partner and I bring our three pets (2 cats and 1 dog) here and have really loved the quality of care they have received. Both with general checkups as well as bigger situations and ongoing illness. One of our cats is reactive and Dr. Harris and the team handled her so well! Dr. Harris is practical and honest while also being so caring and compassionate. The staff are prompt, efficient, and sweet as can be. It’s so nice to have a vet office that’s so responsive, and also well equipped to fill some prescriptions, do x-rays, etc. There are some parking spots around back making it easy to bring in pets. Their pricing is very reasonable! I would highly recommend MetroPet for high quality, honest, and respectful care!!

I have only been here once with our newly adopted cat, but I was very impressed by several things.. 1) all the other great reviews, I feel like that’s somewhat rare to see with a vet business 2) how quickly they could get us in 3) how thorough and kind Dr Harris and all the staff I interacted with were, and last but not least, I had one concern I forgot to mention at our visit so I emailed a few days later and within 4 hours Dr Harris herself called and left a voicemail going into detail to address my concern and offered for us to come in the very next day. We decided it wasn’t concerning enough to bring our cat back for just that, but I was very impressed by how quick Dr Harris was to respond and how thorough she was. She clearly deeply cares about animals and is an expert!

The staff at MetroPet have become an extended family. I have been bringing my pup to this vet for the last 8 years and now my new pup for the last couple of months. They are always excited to see us and very welcoming. Dr. Harris is very knowledgeable and informative. She will explain things so you understand them. The pricing is reasonable and the care is impeccable. I would be comfortable leaving my babies with them if ever needed. I love this vet so much I now have my family bringing their pets to see her as well.

Dr. Harris and team always do a wonderful job. Our kitties aren’t the best behaved patients, but the staff does everything to make them comfortable. They provide good support and communication to us as cat parents. We are very grateful for this team!

Getting a new puppy is an exciting time for anyone; in doing so, you get Vet recommendations, good and bad. Across the spectrum of those recommendations I continually heard the praise of MetroPet. Not one issue from the many “I go here/there or my experience was xyz”. I took Rex here for his first everything and I couldn’t have been more happy. The atmosphere is welcoming, respectful, and relaxed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable in the questions I have asked. Rex was very occupied eating something tasty while getting his shots, etc. (didn’t flinch!) and it made me smile on the inside in a big way. Price points are competitive if not beaten by others I’ve researched. 6ish months later (and a couple more visits in) and I couldn’t be happier as a pet owner with this clinic; I am grateful for its existence. :)
