Just moved to the neighborhood and couldn’t drive to my normal vet because the car died. Brought my dog in who suddenly developed a serious skin infection with open oozy sores. They were able to get us a next-day appointment, which I appreciated. Reception and waiting area is nice and they have a whiteboard where they write all the pets names who will be visiting that day. But there is only seating space for up to two sets of people + their pets. When they called us back, the triage person did not speak to me or let me know who she was until I broke the ice in the exam room. When the vet did arrive, she offered no suggestions as to what it may be, but proposed two very expensive tests which “may or may not provide results” and they have no idea when the results will come back, maybe a week but there is no guarantee. She barely looked at my dog and went over pricing most of the time. I decided on a test and that meant they had to take a sample. The vet did not wear gloves when she took samples from my dog’s open sores. My dog is very squirmy so I typically need to help hold her in place, but when I tried to explain this they asked me to sit down. 30 seconds later they asked me for help. They did not clean or dress the sores. The veterinarian did not conduct a physical exam on my dog nor take her temperature. I have never been to a vet before where they skipped the physical and other intake procedures when seeing any pet for the first time. Especially when the dog is clearly unwell. You can even see on the invoice (picture attached) where they charged me the full rate for the new patient exam, but this exam never happened. Nor did they ask for a fecal sample, which my previous vets have always asked me for. Seems like not much care is given and I feel that I should be refunded. They sold me an antibiotic and a steroid for my dog. When I arrived home, I found my dog had developed two new sores, on two of her feet. The vet would have noticed them if she had conducted a routine physical exam. The visit cost me almost $400. Overall, I was taken aback the lack of professionalism and hygiene. Looking forward to hearing back about any results but I will be going back to my old vet.

The team at this location is excellent. Any time I have made them aware I’m working with a budget, they’ve always been willing to work up itemized quotes prior to the visit/procedure, recommend other potential options, or talk through what needs to be done so I can budget accordingly/be in the know. I’ve never felt judged, rushed, or taken advantage of here. I’m always provided with an itemized receipt, as well. When we had to go to the main location for a surgery, I found the employees there to maintain the same integrity as this location & my vet personally called me with updates. I recommend MSAH to anyone with pets!

Waste of Time! Don't bother booking an appointment. They will cancel multiple times at the last minute. Then blame you. Then laugh in your face for being upset. They cannot take responsibility for scheduling, don't trust them to take responsibility for your animal. Beyond rude and inconsiderate.

Today I took my cat in for her first check up. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist and a hand written sign listing the pets names who had appointments that day. The waiting room was spotless. I was quickly taken to a private room where my cat was examined with gentle and loving care. They even opened up a can of wet food to help calm her down! I’m so thankful that this veterinary clinic opened up in the Marigny, but what really makes it stand out are the people who work here. I never felt rushed; The doctor and nurse went out of their way to make sure that all of my cats medical needs were taken care of, and that she was comfortable and relaxed. I’m truly grateful for the addition of this clinic to the neighborhood.

Love love love this place. Dr. Adi Chatow is amazing. I moved here a year ago and finding a new veterinarian is stressful. We’ve been 3 times now. She took great care of my pup plus me. In addition, addressed my concerns with my sweet baby Juda and made us feel like a priority which was very special. Thank you! The whole staff are kind and helpful. 100% recommend this place.
