Promotional Information and Client Engagement

The powerful word-of-mouth promotion generated by highly satisfied clients is arguably their most effective marketing. Testimonials emphasizing the "welcoming and caring" staff, the doctors' thorough and unhurried explanations, and the positive experiences of pets in daycare (e.g., "Our dog loves them," "gets so excited to see her!") serve as compelling endorsements. This positive client feedback organically promotes the hospital's expertise and compassionate approach. The availability of diverse services, including both medical care and the popular daycare, also acts as a promotional draw, attracting pet owners looking for a one-stop solution for their animal's needs. I’ve had very good experiences with the doctor—Dr. Dening is patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain things clearly, even repeating them when needed. I really appreciate that, especially since English isn’t my first language. However, the clinic’s administrative side needs improvement. They lost my cat’s harness, which had deep sentimental value. It’s not the first time this has happened—once before, I caught it before leaving the room and they found it. But this time it was after surgery, and I didn’t notice it was missing until two weeks later when getting ready for post-op visit. I was told my cat arrived without it, but I’m certain she had it on. There are no cameras to verify anything, which is very frustrating. There are also communication issues with the policies. I was almost charged for a fecal test that should be covered under my wellness plan. They claimed it wasn’t eligible because it wasn’t done within a month of the bloodwork, but I had paid for that bloodwork out of pocket before enrolling in the plan. Technically, the test should still be included, along with bloodwork, and I should’ve been able to do it at any point during my plan coverage. The timeframe was never explained to me, and when I asked, I was told it was in the contract—but it wasn’t. I had to figure it out myself, or I would have overpaid. In short: the doctor is excellent, but the clinic needs to improve communication and logistics.

Merrimack Veterinary Hospital came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. They promptly brought me in the exam room and the vet tech was very informative and friendly. Dr. Baker afforded me the same service and answered all my questions. I am truly impressed with the facility and all of its staff. I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone who owns a pet.

Compassionate, friendly, highly competent. Very understanding, very kind. They don't try to upsell you ...their pricing is very reasonable and considerate. I would highly recommend them for anything especially if your pet has a dental problem. 10 Stars if I could
