There is so much to say about Mercy animal hospital, Dr. Jones, and all of his wonderful staff. The ease of making appointments, quick work ins when illnesses arise, emails to check in post office visits, honest/reasonable prices, and compassionate care. We are at the vet quite often between our two pugs. A couple of months ago our 2.5 year old pug, Willow, woke up urinating blood ALL OVER the house. As dog parents, my husband and I were distraught. Dr. Jones and his staff worked Willow in same day, kept her for urine samples and xrays. When it was determined Willow needed surgery for bladder stones, Dr. Jones and his staff worked with us on a surgery quote and promised to not go above the quoted amount. Dr. Jones understood our tight budget and did not charge us for her next 2 follow ups AND refunded back money for staples he originally thought he would need to use. We love Dr. Jones and his staff dearly.

Mercy & all it's employees have been nothing short of amazing! Husband and I adopted 2 pups from Union County and they've been absolutely amazing with helping us ensure our babies get the BEST treatment around! Everybody is oh so friendly! And it makes me a proud mama when they all are so happy to see my boys, that they even call other coworkers to "come see how cute they are"! You can tell they've got an amazing staff that absolutely loves what they do! Dr. Steele is a God send and I absolutely look forward to bringing Tanner & Bentley in to be seen by her! The whole staff's demeanor makes the whole process so easy to deal with and understand! Thanks again for doing what y'all do!
