Thank you Medvet once again for your expertise. Everyone we encountered showed compassion. The entire process was explained in detail and the staff was phenomenal. Dr. Solomon is an amazing vet. Overall phenomenal experience and thank goodness our dog has received some relief.

We took our beloved dog, Casi, to MedVet a few weeks ago when she was very, very sick. From the very beginning to the very end, every single staff member at MedVet made our experience as easy as possible. They were all very compassionate and kept us updated on how she was doing regularly, as she had to stay overnight a few nights. They even texted us pictures of her throughout her stay. Unfortunately, we ended up having to put her to sleep. We wanted to do it at home, and they recommended a couple different places to us. We were very happy with their recommendation. While the whole situation was very, very sad, they made it as easy as they possibly could have. They will always have a special place in our hearts.

Was told that my dog should be put down due to eating coffee grounds because she would die a horrible death if we didn’t leave her there overnight. They didn’t give her anything to induce vomiting. Gave me three 60 ml syringes of activated charcoal to give her when we took her home (they wouldn’t give it). Mind you there were no instructions given to us about how much to give. My dog is only about 8 pounds. Thank goodness for google or I would have killed her with three syringes. They said we could bring her back to be euthanized. Next morning she was fine. So happy but completely appalled by the care they gave. Would NEVER return!!!!!

We had the best experience at Med Vet on a Sunday when our vet was closed. We were very concerned and scared for our sweet dog. We were worried about him becoming anxious in an unfamiliar environment when we was already not feeling well. The staff was so kind and loving to him. They examined him, explained their recommended plan of care and discussed the costs with us, in a very timely manner. I was very impressed from start to finish and felt very confident in the quality of care our boy was given!

We had to bring our dog to MedVet and unfortunately there was nothing they could do and we lost our family pet. Dr. Cheever was very carrying and understanding and walk us through every step during his treatments. Dr. Cheever was so compassionate and honest and help my family through this difficult time. I would highly recommend them and if I could give them a 100 stars if I could!!! Thank you to Dr. Cheever and the whole team that was working on 12/29/2024 midafternoon. Jim, Maggie and Madison.
