ABSOLUTELY EXTRAORDINARY! My dogs have been regular clients/patients for over ten years. Vet care is outstanding! Vet techs are amazing! Customer service reps are exceptional! I ALWAYS have a positive experience here and would not take my pets anywhere else. They treat pet patients and pet parents with the ultimate care and concern. Special thanks to Dr. Sullivan for going the extra mile for our dogs. I would give TEN STARS if I could. Without exception, this is the best vet clinic in Illinois!

I started bringing my cats here in the summer of 2023 and have only had good experiences. My cats are my life and I get so anxious when anything about their health pops up. The staff and vets here have been very kind, professional, and thorough with my three cats. Today I brought my kitten Yuan Yuan home from her spay, and she is doing really well. Thank you so much Dr. Barragan and nurse Crystal for taking care of her!

AVOID THIS PLACE! IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. My brother took his cats here and they charged him $482.08 for RECOMMENDED VACCINES. this is a clinic so if they see that someone has hard time understanding them, they should have used an interpreter or at least a Google translate which is free. But they took advantage of the situation and gave all these vaccine to the cats just to overcharge and make money. Just because a pharmacy has many different vaccines doesn’t mean everyone is in line to get them or need them. I called and requested a refund, implying my understanding of the charge that must have been $195.08 but they gave me so much attitude and they hang up on me, nevertheless they claim that the person who was involved FELT CONFIDENT of my brother’s understanding because she is BILINGUAL! I speak 4 languages myself and work is customer service and this is unacceptable and ridiculous. Would a doctor diagnose you because he felt confident or he actually understood your situation? Making 0 sense and super ignorant, rude staff. I was speaking with Danielle on the phone and she hanged up the phone on me and ….. Avoid this place.

I've been going here since 2010. Every person Dr's and all of the staff treat you and your pets LIKE THEIR OWN. When I'm ready for a new kitty this is the place I will go. Sending your animal over the rainbow bridge is not easy and I can't put into enough words how everyone was so compassionate and helpful to me during this time.
