Our little dog Molly was very sick , My wife called several vets in the area on a Saturday morning to no avail, She called McPhails.They told my wife to bring her right in, The Doctor treated her as if she was his own. She was well within two days. We are very thankful and happy with our new vet.

I’ve used McPhail for years now to have my cat groomed as well as yearly check ups/vaccinations/etc. and I have always been met with effective, transparent communication and excellent results. I’ve tried other places closer to my current residences over the years and I always return to McPhail. The staff and Dr. McPhail are incredibly empathetic, polite, and professional. They all have always made the time and effort that makes me feel confident and secure in the care for the furriest part of my family.

The staff at McPhail are super friendly and helpful! They have been awesome at treating my cat’s scratching issues/allergies as they pop up. I am a first time cat owner, so I’m glad to have a vet I can trust and rely on if anything happens! The prices are very reasonable too, and the atmosphere in the building is welcoming and cozy! 😊 My diva Noelle is always handled with the upmost care!!!

Problem solved! I really appreciate the manager response with this google review, willing to communicate and refund overage charge to us. —————— On August, I checked with the hospital’s front desk for the price before I boarding my dogs. Then when I picked up my dogs they charged me extra price and it’s different from the website. The reason they told me because I gave specific feeding instructions. It’s a normal feeding way - two meals a day/ how many cups of food. Nothing really SPECIAL .(my dogs didn’t even need any special/medical care.) My dogs are both under 85lb, it should be $30/ per night according to the website. But they charged me $35 per night for my each dog.

The Dr and staff at McPhail are by far the best at handling one of the most difficult times a family has to face with their fur babies. I thank them for their patience, empathy and compassion. I loved my Rascal and will miss him, but they helped me and my family through this situation and made it a little less unbearable.
