I have nothing but good things to say about them. My rescue kitten was in such bad shape! She had bacterial/fungal infections on her skin, she was eaten up with fleas, and was losing her hair, and the poor baby had scabs from head to toe, and she was chewing her tail bald, putting huge scabs on her tail! She looks like a totally different kitten! They didn't stop until she was better! It took us a few visits to get it figured out and taken care of but I'm amazed at how healthy my baby is now! I can't thank them enough for what they did for my little Squirt! She is happy and healthy! She still has some mental scars, but physically you can't even tell anything was ever wrong with her! Thank you for fixing my little BFF!! I don't have before pictures because she went straight to the vet! I wish I would have taken some so you could see just how much they did for her! Imagine a kitten looking like she was eaten up with mange. That was my Squirt

Our 1 year old goldendoodle had a freak accident at home and was lifeless upon arrival at the hospital. The staff and Dr Erika we excepcional in their care and customer service and saved my baby's life. I am eternally grateful

Dr Ledon is the reason I will not be coming back, she was pushy and unpleasant. It was my 1st visit here and after being told by the front desk I can just email my cat shot records over later that evening, Dr LeDon demanded I produce them while in office or she would have to give my cat vaccines he had already had. Dr LeDon then tried to run up my vet bill with unnecessary tests. When I refused one test Dr LeDon then said my cat did not have a fungal infection and didn't need the necessary meds... when he in-fact did, it was plain to see! Dr LeDon put my child and I health and safety at risk and refused to take preventive measures when requested as my cat was contagious, and she knew it! Dr LeDon tried to give my cat amoxicillin and simply told me to return in two weeks for more test if the symptoms did not get better. LeDon then tried to make believe I had to get the meds from the clinic when I knew infact I could just request that I be given a prescription and get filled any I would like! I could clearly see this was a money came to Dr LeDon and I knew I couldn't trust her, maybe she believed I simply looked unintelligent and didn't know better. I repeatedly requested to speak to the clinic director Amanda and asked to see another vet. I will definitely not be returning but I am thankful for Dr Reveihac, who saved the day and re-ran test that revealed my cat had a fungal infection. Dr Reveihac then wrote me a prescription for the meds my cat needed to get better asap! Thank you Dr Reveihac, I appreciate you putting the animal and owner 1st!

Initially we had our dogs going to a different vet and our cats came here. We recently switched to bringing all of our babies here because every single time we came here, they were all so welcoming and we never felt like strangers. Everyone is always so caring and kind to our babies and so patient. We have found that other vets immediately label one of our dogs as aggressive because she’s a Belgian malinois, but everyone here was SO patient with her and so sweet with her. I never had to worry. Dr. Ortiz is always so informative and kind. She never made us feel silly for coming in for mild issues and always treated us like we were the only ones in the clinic. She always takes the time to make sure we don’t have any lingering questions and if questions came up later, they offer text messaging and respond so quickly. I had my kitten neutered today and was so nervous but they were kind enough to send me an update picture of him waking up. They really do go above and beyond and I am so grateful they love and care for our babies! This has also been the most reasonably priced vet I’ve ever been to. They throw in various courtesy items onto our bill every time we’ve been. It makes such a difference. All in all, every single staff member has been absolutely amazing and Dr. Ortiz is amazing. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to my babies and they have never made me feel worried about their care. I would highly recommend this place.

I can never be more thankful to Dr. Erica and the entire McDonough Animal Hospital staff! We have taken our dogs there for over a year now and they have always shown care and emphaty and LOTS OF LOVE to our flurs. Last year when we lost one of our dogs, they event took the time to send a condolose letter wandwritten by their staff. I'm so thankful for that
