Friendly, attentive and compassionate staff. We only recently found them a couple years ago and had been to many Vets before and had to keep searching for a place that cares about your animals like they’re your own; This is that place. We recently had to say goodbye to our old lady, a wonderful loving family furry friend to my wife and I and our four children. Dr. Fogelberg and his staff were amazing with her in the two years they saw her and her last day with us. They even sent us flowers the very next day after she passed. At 42 years old and having pets my whole life I can say Maybeck is the best and the only place we’ll bring our animals to. Thank you Maybeck animal staff for caring and providing exceptional care.

We found Maybeck Animal Hospital over two years ago, and Dr. Dave and his team have consistently provided 5-star service. Recently, our on-leash Dachshund, Tucker, was attacked by an off-leash Akita, resulting in serious injuries. We rushed Tucker straight to Maybeck, where the staff immediately took action. They triaged Tucker, administering IV fluids to stabilize him and address his shock. They told us to head directly to the Animal Specialty & Emergency Center on Eau Gallie, and while en route, Tucker’s condition began to worsen. Fortunately, when we arrived, the staff at Animal Specialty & Emergency Center were already expecting us, thanks to Maybeck’s quick communication and prior briefing on Tucker’s condition. After over six hours of surgery, Tucker was given a 70% chance of survival—and he made it, thanks to the incredible care of the team at Animal Specialty & Emergency Center, especially Dr. Eginton, Dr. Rowe, and Heather. We truly believe that without the prompt triage and care provided by the staff at Maybeck, we would have lost Tucker before we even reached the hospital. Maybeck Animal Hospital not only offers excellent routine care but is also prepared to handle critical emergencies with expertise. A heartfelt thank you to the Maybeck team for everything!

The best Animal Hospital! Susie the front desk receptionist makes your practice, her caring heart and wonderful personality makes you feel so welcome! The vet tech with red hair (sorry forgot her name) was amazing she was so gentle with my dog and very understanding. Now the vet Dr. Melissa Floyd was the best vet I have ever had! She is unbelievable! Her bedside manner is so caring and loving! She treated my dog Sparkles with such compassion, took her time assessing her and answered all my questions. This was was the best experience Sparkles and I had at a vet! Highly recommend this practice!

I’ve been taking my dog to Maybeck for nearly a decade and they have always been top notch. The staff is charismatic, the doctors take time with each patient and have always stopped and explained everything clearly, and I never feel “pushed” to do or buy anything, just guided, which is a lot. My dog actually enjoys going in and seeing everyone there. Cannot recommend them enough.

We moved to Florida last year. One of the things I dreaded the most was finding a new Vet for our basset hounds. One of our girls has a lot of health issues and we truly loved our Vet back in Minnesota. After calling around, we chose Maybeck Animal Hospital. Just one visit with Dr. Floyd and we knew for certain this was the BEST choice. One of our dogs suffers from terrible anxiety and typically requires an oral sedative to go in for care. Dr. Floyd got right down on the floor beside her and gently petted her and spoke to her until her fear subsided. No rushing the care whatsoever. We LOVE Dr. Floyd. In extending further credit where it's deserved - all of the staff at Maybeck contributed in one way or another to make our pets' healthcare transition easy. They promptly obtained documents from our former Vet and made getting medications and continuation of care a breeze.
