I have a lame horse. Not an emergency but wanted to get him looked at. Called 5 times in 10 days. All calls were during normal working hrs. Left 3 messages with their "answering service". Each time they could see the last time I called. 2 calls were not answered at all. Total waste of time. Finally gave up and called another vet. They'll be here tomorrow.

Mason Dixonequine Associates Introduce

Welcome to Mason Dixonequine Associates, your local Pet Hospital specializing in equine veterinary care, located at 5010 Baltimore Pike #3, Littlestown, PA 17340, USA. We are dedicated to providing veterinary services for your horses. You can contact us at (717) 359-0252 or +1 717-359-0252.

Based on available customer reviews, experiences with Mason Dixonequine Associates appear to be mixed. One long-term client with a "small herd of 7 horses" has been under their care for 14 years and reports positive outcomes, stating, "One horse is now in his thirties and is very healthy. His expertise has helped me through some serious issues." This suggests a level of expertise in equine health and the ability to manage long-term care and serious conditions.

However, another customer shared a negative experience regarding accessibility and communication, stating, "I have a lame horse. Not an emergency but wanted to get him looked at. Called 5 times in 10 days. All calls were during normal working hrs. Left 3 messages with their 'answering service'. Each time they could see the last time I called. 2 calls were not answered at all. Total waste of time." This review raises concerns about the responsiveness and communication practices of the clinic, particularly in handling non-emergency appointment requests.

Our services, based on the positive review, likely include:

  • General equine health care
  • Management of long-term health in older horses
  • Expertise in addressing serious equine health issues

Due to the conflicting feedback regarding accessibility, it is advisable to contact Mason Dixonequine Associates directly to inquire about their appointment procedures, communication methods, and the full range of services they offer. While one client highlights their expertise and long-term care capabilities, the other review indicates potential challenges in reaching the clinic for scheduling.

Currently, no information regarding the clinic's environment, specific features beyond the veterinarian's expertise, or any promotional offers is available in the provided reviews. We recommend contacting Mason Dixonequine Associates to gain a comprehensive understanding of what they can offer for your equine veterinary needs.
