For someone who hardly leave any reviews, I give this team a 10/10 Star rating ⭐️x10 I have 4 dogs and they all been well taken care of by them. At times money could be a problem but they’ll find ways to help both sides figure out the best solutions they can! I could write forever but hopefully this helps you build confidence on taking your best friend to the best care in NWA

In terms of features, one customer review offers a positive perspective, stating, "For someone who hardly leave any reviews, I give this team a 10/10 Star rating ⭐️x10 I have 4 dogs and they all been well taken care of by them. At times money could be a problem but they’ll find ways to help both sides figure out the best solutions they can! I could write forever but hopefully this helps you build confidence on taking your best friend to the best care in NWA." This review highlights a potential feature of the hospital: a willingness to work with clients on payment solutions, suggesting a degree of flexibility and understanding towards pet owners' financial constraints. The reviewer also expresses strong confidence in the care provided to their four dogs, indicating a positive experience with the veterinary services.

However, another review presents a starkly contrasting experience. This customer recounts a deeply negative interaction with the office staff, describing them as "horribly cruel" and "heartless." The review details an incident where the customer's daughter, a long-time client, contacted the hospital in distress because her dying dog needed immediate help. According to the review, Dr. Lyon had left early, and the staff allegedly refused to contact him despite the urgent situation. The reviewer emphasizes the emotional distress of their daughter and the tragic outcome of her dog, Tucker, who passed away at another veterinary facility. This review strongly criticizes the staff's lack of compassion and advises other pet owners to avoid Lyon Veterinary Hospital.

Considering these two very different accounts, it is challenging to provide a definitive assessment of the overall features of Lyon Veterinary Hospital. One review praises the team's care and flexibility, while the other vehemently criticizes the staff's compassion and responsiveness in a critical situation. This discrepancy suggests a potential inconsistency in the customer experience or highlights the subjective nature of individual interactions.

In summary, Lyon Veterinary Hospital is a Pet Hospital located in Springdale, AR, under the direction of Dr. Lyon. While one customer review expresses high satisfaction with the care provided and the staff's willingness to find financial solutions, another review recounts a deeply negative experience with the office staff's alleged lack of compassion and refusal to assist in an emergency situation. This conflicting feedback makes it difficult to definitively characterize the hospital's features and overall quality of service. Local users should consider these differing perspectives when making decisions about their pet's care and may want to seek further information or clarification from the hospital directly.

This vet's staff was horribly cruel to my daughter. She had taken her 3 dogs to them for years; but when she needed them most, the office staff was heartless. She called them crying her eyes out, distraught because her dog was dying. She called during regular business hours. Dr. Lyon had left early and my daughter asked them to please contact him, knowing he would have compassion and help her dog, but they refused. It is beyond my comprehension how they could be so heartless when someone is literally begging them for help. Her dog, Tucker, who she had for 14 years, ended up dying a few hours later at a strange vet's office. If you love your pet, do not use this vet because his staff is not compassionate; they are downright cruel. Please share our story so other pet owners can be spared the horrendous pain we are enduring.

It is a shame I must write this review. Dr Lyon is a wonderful vet, but the office staff is cruel. At 3pm, hours before close, they refused to see my dog in an emergency situation despite me bringing my three dogs here for many years. The office woman was utterly cruel and heartless. My dog ultimately passed away in a strange vet office unfamiliar to him. Needless to say I am switching to an office with a more compassionate team.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. There is absolutely no reason a veterinarian office should employ rude and hateful staff to answer phones and assist distraught customers!! This business should really look at hiring better front office staff that truly care about customers and their animals…losing business for employing hateful staff is not very bright. They may think it’s only one customer lost, but people ask for recommendations all the time and negative feedback is provided very quickly and has the biggest impact!

I absolutely adore Dr. Lyons he is so compassionate about animals. Some pretty scary stuff can happen when you end up at the vet office; I have been in with my dogs for routine check ups, I have had to have stitches, staples, and medicine for other things for my pets. They are always so awesome about giving you options or resolving issues that can be taken care of at home and helping make that judgment call on when to bring your animal in. Every time I go for one of my animals he is always calm during any visit and reassuring when I was worried! Also the staff is usually pretty pleasant; this late visit I was really pleased with!! They even called me the next day to check on my dog and she was doing so much better!! I would recommend Dr. Lyons to anyone!! As soon as you go you’ll understand why.
