My dog was at end of life and took her here and I cannot say enough about the staff, the doctor and the whole way that they made the situation so peaceful and calm and they even had a special room. They didn’t rush. They let us decide when it was time even gave us chocolates for the dog. If you have to make an end-of-life decision for your pet I will give this place 100 stars. I just received a sympathy card with paw prints hair, and a beautiful card signed by the vet and the whole staff. I just cannot say enough about this animal hospital.

Giving a 4 star for now only because we have just been there once with our 2 cats, but I was very happy with the experience. This has been the only vet so far we have found that doesn't seem to resort to drugs as a first step nor did they rudely push vaccines if pet owners do not want certain ones for their pets. For example, one of our cats either has cat acne or an allergy of some sort under his chin and medicated pads were given (and after researching the product had great reviews and also has no bad chemicals)... many vets would have given an antibiotic. They are also very caring, case in point, one of our cats is terrified to go the vet and piddled in her crate and the staff actually cleaned her, the crate and gave us a clean towel for the crate and car ride home... that is above and beyond customer service and speaks volumes.

When I had my senior dog with health issues there. I asked to set up another appointment for a few days later and the girl mumbled "If he is alive that long' I WAS LIVID Unfortunately the entire staff doesn't make you feel welcomed, impossible to get appointments, once you are there you feel rushed right out the door. I am so glad I found another vet for my new puppy. He spent over a half hour talking with me and answering questions in the office. And he PERSONALLY called to go over the tests results. Don't go to loving paws, there is MUCH better places

I called this vet because I believed my dog had ivermectin resistant mange. The at home treatment recommended by another vet worked to fix the itch with one of my dogs, but not the other. When I called, the receptionist refused to talk prices over the phone, at all. When I tried to ask her for a round about price for if it is a skin parasite and she weighs 50 lbs, she got irritated and refused to even look at their fees or give me any information at all. I told her I'm just looking to see if it's in the hundreds or thousands or what. She said if I'm concerned about money, their office would not be a good fit for me. This office does not care about the animals. They only care about money and refuse to be transparent about pricing.
