Lovet Pet Health Care - Sarival

Neglectful care… took my dog in on January 27th my dog went from being her normal spunky full of energy loved eating one day to literally the next day not wanting to eat or play only laying we took her in I let them know first thing that she had a brother in her litter that was diagnosed with addisons disease all they did was give her hydration hump under the skin and sent us on our way. The next day still not eating and still looking and acting really lethargic took her back in they did blood work which would take about 24 hours to get the following day Thursday they came back her levels were off so they said they can get her in on Friday morning to run the addisons test which they did and said that they would get them back in 24 hours so 5 days my dog is declining and not eating… that same night she was trying to poop and straight blood was coming out I called the vet back and they said to take her into the emergency vet which we did they gave us package options to treat which we picked the most expensive obviously which included over night stay and care with the emergency vet and since we already did the addisons test with lovet we would wait till the next day for those results. I got a call at 1am from the emergency vet that her blood pressure plummeted and if we would have kept her home she would have passed away but thankfully they were able to stabilize her. So around 8am I call Lovet to get the results of her Addisons test which they told me it came back with an error and they already talked with the emergency vet for them to run the test and that lovet would credit us back for them running it. So Lovet did not do the test correctly is why it came back with an error they did not have enough of the injection to properly run the test. Their lack of urgency and proper care almost killed my 1 year old dog.

I had to have my dog put down. They had the room all ready for us and Dr. Emma was the most compassionate, kind person. She explained step by step what was going to happen and gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes before and after without being rushed. Her remains came back in a timely matter in a pretty wooden urn. I want to thank everyone there for being so caring

Took my dog today for routine check up and shots. we have been using this location since we got him in 2020! Today was my first awful experience with a girl tech or assistant at this facility! She was rude and very lucky I didn’t have time for her rudeness today! My lab is super energetic and loving wanting to smell everything!! As soon as she walked into our room with the vet I could just feel her energy was just bad! The vet was great knowledgeable and kind but this assistant (not sure what her job title is) just had a mood to her already! Well they took my lab back and when she was bringing him back, she opened the door and it was clear she didn’t have a grip on his leash because he got away from her so I got up to help but he had went to smell another dog and this assistant was trying to get him but I went and grabbed his leash and took him back to the room. She walks into the room annoyed, pulls up my bill to pay and literally says “do you still have the medication we gave you last time we cleaned his ears?” I said I think I do and she tells me “next time give him some so he is more calm at his next visit!” I gave her a look and she then says “he is just super friendly and wants to say hi to everyone and it was hard to clean his ears!” First of all, I didn’t come knowing we were going to clean his ears, I came for routine check up and shots! Second of All the other times we have came we had no issues! Basically she was telling me to drug my dog because she couldn’t handle him! I left with a bad taste in my mouth with her making that comment and will likely start going to another location since I already paid for the lifetime shots! Ugh so annoyed leaving his appointment.

This is a great veterinary. The office has changed and is no longer Sarival. All of your pets services are available to you. I get all of Peekas shots etc, and get him groomed as well. Olivia is the best! I'll have a photo when he's done. I have been at this vet for a while and I am very pleased with the veterinarian here.

We unfortunately had to put our dog down due to age and complications and everyone at the clinic was absolutely amazing. They were so nice and considerate and although leaving my baby behind was one of the most horrible feelings I’ve ever experienced, their kindness and delicacy on the issue was so so amazing. Thank you guys for helping us through our tough time. I will be forever grateful for the kindness you showed us. I still cry reading the lovely notes you wrote for us, thank you.
