Dr. Bedi is the best veterinarian visit I have ever had in my entire life and he saved my dog鈥檚 life and I am forever grateful for him. He is a doctor that actually cares about your fur baby and not just the amount of money they can charge you and I 10/10 recommend him to anyone reading this review. For pet owners in Cleveland, Ohio, seeking veterinary care, LoveNCare Animal Hospital, located at 820 E 185th St, Cleveland, OH 44119, USA, presents an option for their beloved animal companions. As a "Pet Hospital," it falls into a category implying comprehensive veterinary services. While some clients have shared highly positive experiences, others have raised significant concerns regarding their practices.
You can contact LoveNCare Animal Hospital directly via phone at (216) 531-5225 or mobile at +1 216-531-5225. These contact numbers provide avenues for scheduling appointments and inquiries regarding services.
Operating under the platform category of "Pet Hospital," LoveNCare Animal Hospital would typically offer a wide range of medical, diagnostic, and potentially surgical services for animals. This classification suggests a facility equipped to provide more than just basic outpatient services, aiming to deliver comprehensive care. However, it is important to consider the varying client experiences when evaluating the scope and delivery of these services.
Regarding the environment, the provided reviews offer mixed perspectives. While one client describes Dr. Bedi as a veterinarian who "actually cares about your fur baby," implying a compassionate and positive atmosphere, another describes having "one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic," citing issues that affected their perception of the environment and trust. Generally, a "Pet Hospital" aims to provide a clean, organized, and welcoming environment to reduce stress for pets and their owners. However, client perceptions of care, trust, and communication can significantly influence how they experience the clinic's environment.
As a "Pet Hospital," LoveNCare Animal Hospital would typically offer a range of veterinary services. Based on the provided information, some services are explicitly mentioned or alluded to in the reviews:
- Medical Consultations and Examinations: Reviewers mention initial service fees and care for a "sick" dog, indicating standard diagnostic consultations and physical examinations.
- Vaccinations/Injections: One review explicitly states the pet received "two shots," which could imply vaccinations or other injectable medications.
- Medication Prescriptions: The concerns raised about the inability to process prescriptions to "other affordable pharmacist" and the expectation to pay for "prescriptions" suggest that the clinic dispenses medications directly.
- Emergency/Urgent Care: The reference to a dog needing treatment after a "dog attack" suggests the clinic may handle urgent or semi-emergency cases during their operating hours.
Beyond these specific mentions, a typical "Pet Hospital" generally provides:
- Preventative Care: Routine wellness exams, parasite prevention (fleas, ticks, heartworm), and nutritional counseling.
- Diagnostic Services: In-house laboratory tests (blood work, urinalysis, fecal exams) and potentially imaging services (X-rays) to aid in diagnosing conditions.
- Soft Tissue Surgery: Routine procedures like spaying and neutering, and potentially other common surgeries.
- Dental Care: Professional dental cleanings and extractions.
The features of LoveNCare Animal Hospital, as gathered from the reviews, present a contrasting picture. On one hand, **Dr. Bedi** is highlighted as a standout feature, praised for his genuine care and for "saving my dog鈥檚 life." This suggests a veterinarian who is perceived as highly competent and compassionate, prioritizing the pet's well-being over financial gain, according to one client's experience. The "love n care nurses" are also acknowledged, implying a supportive team. On the other hand, significant concerns have been raised regarding **financial practices and transparency**. One reviewer alleges "exploited financially," "taking people's money," and issues with prescription processing to outside pharmacies. The lack of certain services (like cleaning or shaving) mentioned in the context of a dog attack treatment also raises questions about the comprehensiveness of care provided in that specific instance and the communication of treatment plans. These contrasting views highlight a divergence in client experiences and perceptions of the clinic's features.
Promotional information for LoveNCare Animal Hospital, based solely on the provided text, primarily comes from conflicting client testimonials. The highly positive review for **Dr. Bedi** serves as a strong endorsement, effectively promoting him as a compassionate and life-saving veterinarian whom clients "10/10 recommend." This word-of-mouth promotion from a grateful client is powerful for attracting new patients seeking dedicated care for their "fur baby." However, the negative reviews present a counter-narrative, focusing on perceived financial exploitation and a lack of comprehensive treatment for specific conditions. These criticisms, if widely known, could deter potential clients, particularly those in "poor neighborhoods" who might be wary of financial vulnerabilities. Therefore, for local users in Cleveland, OH, the promotional landscape for LoveNCare Animal Hospital is complex, with both very strong positive sentiment about a specific doctor's care and equally strong negative sentiment regarding financial transparency and service delivery in other instances. Potential clients would need to weigh these diverse experiences when considering LoveNCare Animal Hospital for their pet's needs.

Mar 28, 2025 路 Sheri CardinalI knew there was something wrong with the way people don鈥檛 seem to care about their jobs and how the vulnerable are being exploited financially. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this clinic. Acting as if I was going to simply accept being taken advantage of was unthinkable. They come into poor neighborhoods and claim they can鈥檛 process our prescriptions to other affordable pharmacist, even though their initial service fee is only $70. They exploited the vulnerable and, shame on this clinic for taking people's money when we know our pets need medication. They were paid $250 and did nothing but give my pet two shots. They didn鈥檛 clean him, shave him down, or treat his wounds from the dog attack. They sent him home and expected me to return and pay the remaining amount of $174.00 for the prescriptions and That doesn鈥檛 make any sense.
Apr 19, 2025 路 Paris MaloneI have been talking my pets to Dr. Bedi for over 20 years. He and his staff have always been professional and gone above the call when had an emergency . I recently referred a friend to him and was curious about reviews online. Well I am personally insulted by the accusations that this hospital is over charging and rude. Then all of you go elsewhere. And all of the people and their pets that are lucky to have the best and loving veterinarian and staff around to themselves.
Nov 23, 2024 路 katharine rann"Exam" is required for EVERYTHING- (nail trim, really dude?) even after you are an established patient (for the fee, of course) and he refuses to provide any prescriptions, forcing you to buy any meds from him-for twice the price if you went online and ordered them.
Mar 18, 2025 路 TraciDr. Bedi is phenomenal. He helped us deliver 7 healthy cane corso puppies and will drop everything to make sure we are okay! I recommend him to any and everyone! I love his team!
