Love City Vet

I can’t recommend Love City Vet enough! My dog is extremely nervous and has a history of being scared in the vet, so vet visits are always stressful for him. From the moment we walked in, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Lenahen was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. She explained every step of the process and was listening to all our concerns. I was blown away by how smoothly the visit went—my dog was as calm as I’ve ever seen him in a new situation.

Love City Vet was a great choice for a vet! They were kind, attentive, and thorough. They were mostly transparent about the cost of treatment. Most importantly they were friendly and empathetic. You could tell they understood how a pet parent would feel/think in that moment, and it was appreciated they were considerate. They also welcome you with a sign with your own room for you & your pet. These little things can go a long way for a great experience!

Our boys wanted to wish the Love City Vet Team a Happy Halloween after a lovely check up! They loved how nice everyone was, and how they spent time to answer all questions and concerned yet still had us on our way in good time. -Noodle & Nacho

(update: I have a completely different opinion of this place after needing vet care There's a girl at the front and someone who answers the phone.. She makes this whole place a disgrace. She's so childish and she has no people skills. She's phony and talks down to people. She's very condescending with a high-pitched whiny voice and I can't stand that. I never took my pets back there. My dog died. They didn't care and I'm never bringing my cats there. The manager there was cool. I think I met her once but that was way before I even tried to get any vet care. So yeah it looks nice in there but that's about it. So I changed my review from five stars to two and that's barely only because of its overall look aesthetically! (Original review 11 mos ago) I have to say I cannot review this vet because I didn't see the vet, I stopped in to check this place out. My initial vibe of this entire place is very positive! The place is immaculate. There is not a piece of dirt anywhere or dust. The people that work there are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. There is a whole bunch of stuff to check out or buy and all of their stuff comes from local businesses. . The mid-century modern design looks nice and the color palette is really calming and pleasant to experience. My favorite part is the art "mural wall" in my photos posted. There are endless pet owner resources at your fingertips, it's hygienic and eco-conscious. There is a nice sized bathroom located in the waiting area. I did not visit the back area where all the exam rooms are located, as for I didn't have my pets with me nor an appointment. I had questions about costs and the front desk person actually offered to email them to me and they were already in my inbox box by the time I got home. I have to say that I'll be back and definitely worth checking out. When I was there on a Thursday afternoon there was not a lot of traffic, which is nice when going to a vet appointment, and if anyone is looking for a new place to bring their pet to see the vet, I think it's definitely worth a shot!

Dr. Lenahen is really wonderful, helpful, and kind. Incredibly easy to talk to, as well as all of her team members that we’ve been in contact with. I’m also super appreciative that they consistently provide an estimate for me before proceeding with ANY treatment, no matter how big or small. It speaks to a transparency that’s very reassuring. I’m so happy that we found her, especially now that my dog is a senior and issues will be surfacing more. I feel that we are in very warm and capable hands.
