I can’t say enough good things about this place. We have a cat who is a monster when it comes to keeping him inside. He has been injured 2 times now outside and each time I have called they have gotten Macaroni in day of to make sure he is ok. The receptionists, vet techs and vets - they are all so nice, each and every one of these workers in this facility truly care about all animals they work with. Thank you all so much. My fur babies appreciate you so so much!

UPDATE 12/2024: WELL, ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END. THIS TIME AN ABRUPT END. For the past year, I have been able to work with all veterinarians there. First, after seeking another veterinarian out I have realized that Livonia veterinarian is incredibly expensive. There was a hearing impaired veterinarian there that was awesome and kept me coming back. Eventually I never saw her again. I'm guessing she went somewhere else. Male #1 - he always seemed completely exhausted every time he came to work on one of my dogs. I swear he's on muscle relaxers. Male #2 - I'll be brief. I honestly believe this guy is a clinic hopping, fast-talking, no eye contact, Napoleon style male. I would not trust him to give my dog a shot, and told him so before leaving this clinic for good. My advice is to Google your veterinarian before making an appointment. Being new to this state I was struggling to find any veterinary clinic that could assist with one of six pets that I brought here. I was fortunate to get an appointment at Livonia Pet Hospital. To Kelly, you always sounded like you were smiling every time I spoke with you on the phone and even more pleasant in person. Keep doing what you're doing. To Vivienne, thank you so much for your patience when I brought Sadie in. A special thank you for the list you provided me for special dog food. To Julie, thank you for being so pleasant when I walked in the door the first time. To Dr Joe, thank you for taking care of Sadie when she was there. The medications you prescribed are working and she's feeling much better. To the receptionist that I did not get her name, thank you for helping with the Zen collar. Veterinary services can be very stressful when your pet is sick. This clinic made a stressful situation not so stressful by being welcoming, kind, and compassionate and I am truly grateful.

Livonia Veterinary Hospital is great. Our chocolate lab - Brady, went there for the past 14 years and they have always been honest, compassionate and helpful. Brady just passed away at age 15+ and Dr. Jeff made the process as thoughtful and peaceful as possible. We even received a nice card from him a couple days later. Dr. Beth and Dr. Boyd have also been terrific on previous visits, as well as the entire staff. Thank you so much for giving Brady great care through the years. Rob and MB Stalter
