The team here was very kind and really helpful in helping our 13yo lab who was not eating. They were very conscious of the costs and never did anything without asking and ensuring we understood the added costs. Additionally, they laid out options with kindness and no judgement. Luckily we have insurance for our dog, but as someone who grew up with very little money, their actions were appreciated. I would gladly trust them with my pets and any future emergency. We were unfortunately there when another group came in to say goodbye to their beloved dog, and the team treated them with obvious care and empathy. Though no one wants to go through that, they showed the family love and support, even sitting with them and listening to their stories (it is a very small facility and voices carry).

May 05, 2025 路 Hannah Maguireour dog Lola tangled with a porcupine on a Sunday morning, the staff was very responsive when I called. We drove the 20 minutes down. It did not take long to get in, even though they were very busy, Everybody was compassionate, nice, explained the procedure and the cost. we had a short wait, but they took good care of her and she was out and just a few hours . We are very fortunate to have a vet that is open to tend to our pets when our regular vets are not open. We appreciated the follow up call all as well! Thanks for all you do!
Sep 10, 2024 路 Gail RouleauI want to thank all the staff for helping our Husky, Blue. And apologize for the drama, that is the Husky. 馃槃 Thank you for helping and comforting us in such a timely manner.
Jan 16, 2025 路 Rebecca SteinbergI have been in the animal field professionally for over 20 years, and am very particular to where I bring my animals. The staff and drs here are some of the best around, not only with their knowledge and expertise but their compassion and empathy. My most recent trip to them with my paralyzed rescue was no exception and I can鈥檛 thank them enough!
Apr 17, 2025 路 Helen St. PierreNot impressed. You spend $200 just to walk in....ok. But they make you wait outside with your sick animal and call them, AND check in from outside. You aren't allowed or invited to accompany your animal when they are seen. ALL sensitive matters are discussed OUT LOUD in the lobby. You are never offered the respect of a private setting. The vet and most all the techs were very unprofessional. At these prices you'd expect a more state of the art clinic, not a old, dirty dump full of unprofessional well-paid people.
