Not the greatest first impression. We arrived for our appointment and were left waiting in the lobby. 20 minutes later I asked the receptionist about it and she said that they were running behind and they were aware we were waiting. Telling us from the get go would be more appropriate and when asked, don't have a tone that I just interrupted you. We are expected to be on-time, I expect the same or at least a friendly explanation, especially with the extraordinarily high rates charged for a nail trim and annual shots. Blair and Dr. Bailey obviously love the animals and gave our girls probably one of the more thorough exams they've gotten in a while. Their care will be the saving grace for us continuing to bring our girls in.

Nov 19, 2024 · Kelline HigdonStaff was very caring. My cat responded by being relatively calm despite the situation. Staff was able to properly diagnose him and he’s responded well to treatment.
Oct 04, 2024 · Alex Avilahe staff from the front desk to the nurses are very friendly and always so sweet with my furbaby! The Dr's are the same and I always feel they take his health and well-being seriously. I trust them 100%!
Nov 29, 2024 · Keely CollinsMe and my five cats love Dr. Ray! She is so kind, gentle and remembers each cat and their personalities. She goes above and beyond! She is now helping us bring a baby kitten into this world. Ray has been there for us the whole pregnancy, we couldnt do this without her! (If you zoom in the X-ray image you can see the baby!)
