I brought my Xandra in this morning for shots. We love this place! The staff is always SO nice and attentive, my dog gets excited when she comes lol! She always gets more than a handful of treats! I will continue to come back for the sake of my dog's health and my peace of mind.

They are very nice people and attend to the needs of the pet accordingly but they are VERY EXPENSIVE. The medication they prescribed costed over 100 dollars when online I could have got the medication for 30 dollars. I recommend before you buy medication from them that you look online because it will end up being 5x cheaper. They also charge a fee for every little thing which really makes the cost of your visit go up by a lot. Don’t recommend if you don’t have the funds. Expect to pay for more than what you expect.

They are really friendly and accommodate for aggressive dogs, I wasn’t sure if my dog was still aggressive but they were very helpful in easing my mind and getting my dog straight to the room so the doctor could see her:) also got her spayed a few years ago and the surgery went perfectly, they called me as soon as she was ready !

Called to see if they dispense Sileo gel and the girl said no because they don’t have it on site but I could order it through Chewy and they would approve it. I ordered it, they declined it, I called to see why and Dani said “It was never discussed, the Dr wants to review the file and call you back” I told her that wasn’t true, and asked her to please make a note this time. I waited, no one called back. Ten minutes til closing time on a Friday I realized I would have to call them back instead, called back, Dani answered again, said no Dr’s don’t want to prescribe it, buut they are down to put him on a Trazadone cocktail which is something we do have here. I said no thanks I’ll find a different Dr. First of all if it’s possible for me to have a whole conversation with a representative of your facility and when I call to follow up on that conversation you guys deny it ever took place because you conveniently “don’t have a record” of it is highly concerning. I mean, these meds aren’t that huge of a deal, but what it was something about his life? To just say no we never said that is unacceptable. Second, my dog has been taking this medication for the past 3 yrs with his previous Dr with no side effects, and she had him do blood tests every 6 mos. Seems this place is only in the business of hustling the drugs they can make money of off. He’s had Trazadone before and it is ineffective, and I’m not gonna force a helper drug through his liver to help the Trazadone work! Unacceptable. Gladly moving on. Hopefully this is enough to give insight on this place. It was for me.

Today we had to say bye to our 15 year old dog. It was our first time here as they were the only place they were able to get us in right away. From the first call the front desk person extremely nice and caring, when we got there we new our dog was not leaving with us as we new due to her age and what was going on the chances of her coming back home with us were very slim. From the moment we got there the staff was great, respectful, caring and understanding from the front desk people, the tech and Dr Naig were amazing and compassionate. Thank you all of you for your caring and kind words to me my wife and my young son as this was very hard for us, as our dog was part of our family for 15 years. Words can’t say enough or express my gratitude for each of you. Thank you very much!! Keep up the great work.
