I had an abandoned kitten a little over a year ago and a fluffy 4 year old Honeybee cat. I was afraid to bring him home until they had checked him out! He was 1.5 pounds had and upper respiratory infection and his eyes and ears were full of dirt and sand. Dr Zoe is awesome and I feel like they take care of my cats and love them just like me or more. The entire staff is so good with the animals and their parents.

Nov 15, 2024 · Lisa LashleyOn Monday 04/28/2025 I had to put my beloved American bulldog KODA down in his older age he has always been seen by Laurel Oaks and I can’t imagine ever using anyone else to care for my babies. When the time came to say goodbye they were amazing and so caring and took such great great care of me and my KODA and I can’t say enough about the beautiful way they prepared him for me to bring him home to bury. These people are truly amazing
Apr 30, 2025 · Wendy GibsonEverything and Everyone there made me and my fur-baby feel like royalty! So patient with all my concerns and peculiarities, so personable and welcoming. From Stephanie at the front desk who set my appointment & checked us out-fantastic, made me feel special-to the super sweet and patient Lindsey, vet tech-to the caring and knowledgeable vet, Zoe Sillitoe,DVM-I am amazed at their client service. Also, they bestowed so many dental & vitamin treats on Boba that he wasn't quite so hating the vet office environment. So glad I found a new veterinarian's office that found a way to control Boba's near constant scratching! Turns out all my concerns seem related to allergies including his dry, cracking and malformed nostrils. My previous vet didn't make the connection causing unnecessary and prolonged discomfort which I find outrageous. NO SCRATCHING only 2 days into the prescribed treatment. Well worth paying a little bit more for peace of mind and a Happy Boy! I was also impressed that they automatically scheduled a two-week appointment check up to see how everything is working out for us. Never had that happen before in three decades of fur babies and vets. Pics: shampoo prescription, sad & painful nose, one pic more like it should look, when treatment shows results as I believe it will, I will post recovery pics AS PROMISED: SEE BOBA'S NOSE LOOKING SO MUCH BETTER on 5/4/2024 . His nose healed a lot faster. I just forgot to post the pics. Oops! 4/2024: Jessica signed us in at the front desk and she was pleasant and professional as always. Megan was the vet tech and she was amazing and listened to all my concerns even helping me to know that I was on the right path filing Boba's claws and what I could do better. Zoe was our veterinarian and I hope always because she is the best, most knowledgeable, patient and helpful veterinarian I've ever seen. We got Boba when he was at least 5 years old from the humane society and his physical health has always been a concern. Zoe checked and determined he has severe arthritis and gave us a regimen with the proper prescriptions to treat this issue. Zoe is the only vet who thoroughly checked my baby even though it has been an ongoing concern. The main concern for this visit was a lump on Boba's chest which I was thankful to learn was something called a fatty deposit and fairly common needing no treatment. She scheduled a 2 week check up for Boba's progress which I also appreciate. While Megan was closing up, Boba had one of his fits and Megan checked with Zoe who discovered that it was something called a reverse sneeze which I had never heard of and that he needed a supplementary allergy medicine for that. Tara checked us out with billing and before we left the parking lot Boba decided to leave a present. I had to go back in for a poo bag as I was unprepared and to my surprise Tara won me over by offering to take care of the poo removal for me. While some people might find this office too expensive, I find the peace of mind and excellent care worth every penny and I will return for more of the same. Thank you to all, and I apologize if I misspelled any names!
May 04, 2024 · eeks ridge14allWonderful office!! They do a great job taking care of all our pets!! The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The vets are great with the animals, I can't recommend them enough!! They took such good care of my dog when he had surgery, talked me through the process from the start, updated me when he was out of surgery and followed up the day after, to make sure he was recovering ok. They were even able to get him a bath before his surgery, last minute.
Aug 23, 2018 · Ashley IngrahamThe staff and Dr. were great to my chihuahua, Cleo. Usually, Cleo doesn't like to be away from me but was ok being in the hands of the staff. Great experience. The waiting room time can be a little long, but they definitely make up for it. They took their time to answer all my questions and concerns
