Today was my first visit here. One of my cats (originally feral and six years old) unexpectedly pounced on and inhaled a medication for dogs only and it was potentially very lethal for him. My own vet clinic advised they had no openings and could not see him. Calling this clinic, then, from my car in their parking lot, two vet techs came out and helped me as Johnnie had chewed his way through the soft carrier I had him in. They carefully moved him inside my car to another carrier and helped me get him into the clinic safely. I was so stressed, but they were SO helpful and understanding, that we all survived the ordeal and Johnnie is resting peacefully now at home. The expense for treatment was very reasonable and I am extremely grateful for the professional care we received.

Our dog, Aldo, went to this place for grooming and has not been the same since. He shakes uncontrollably, like he's in pain, and this has never happened before. He’s been groomed numerous times, even once at this exact location without any issues. After we complained and brought him back, they dismissed our concerns and tried to shift the blame onto us and our dog. It's clear something happened during the grooming that traumatized him. This once-happy dog no longer plays or chases birds—his personality is completely changed. This facility has ruined our pet, and it’s unacceptable. Their treatment borders on animal cruelty, and they need to be held accountable for the harm they’ve caused.

This is an excellent veterinary clinic. The staff are all wonderful and prices very reasonable. My pet was able to get in soon after I called. The exam was thorough and everything explained well and all questions answered.

One of the most disappointing practices I’ve taken my pets to. While the staff is professional and kind, I have been unimpressed with the actual doctors. Last year, we took both of our dogs on different dates for their dental cleanings. They took more than 24 hours to be fully in control. One was reported to have stopped breathing during the procedure are times. That didn’t sit well with me. This year, our oldest dog began having alarming physical symptoms of seizures, lethargy, extreme drinking and hunger and a lot of urinating. The attending vet ordered $650 worth of bloodwork that came back mostly normal and we were told all of this must be “behavioral.” Astonishing. We took her down the street to another practice where she was found to have extremely high blood pressure and Cushings Disease. She’s doing a lot better now thankfully. I could not recommend this practice.
