Feb 16, 2020 · Lucia FlickThe vet is really good, the nurses and techs are helpful and sweet, the office manager is…probably better suited for work at the DMV (those ladies are a special breed). If you have questions make sure the person assisting you isn’t also the office manager. She really doesn’t have time for trivial things like that. If you ask for a nurse or doctor, she’ll insist that she’s the office manager, so therefore she is qualified to speak for the vet??? The clinic is clean, and well maintained.
Oct 11, 2023 · ElizaBethThe Lancaster veterans hospital used to be great. It's a place I trusted with my rottie. When I called now that I have a new puppy, they cannot see her because they no longer have a vet. Honestly, it's confusing because I don't know what services they offer without a doctor, I just know they can't see my puppy. I have to take her elsewhere for simply things like checkups.
Oct 10, 2023 · Tonya CharltonJust an amazing clinic! The staff is VERY friendly, cares about your pet, and treats you with respects! The vet is thorough, talks to you about each step, and very caring. The facilities are CLEAN too! Oh and the prices are VERY FAIR! I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Don't forget about grooming too! Awesome!
Dec 02, 2020 · JESSICA MEADOWSCannot think of a better place to take your animals. We recently moved up here and had to find a new place to take our family pets. I recently took our Leo there for his yearly exam and shots & then to get him neutered. Both times the staff are friendly and great with Leo. Of course Miss Annie the vets regular cat also made our acquaintance and made sure we were welcome haha. They also called to check up on Leo after he went home to make sure he was recovering after his surgery. I will definitely be taking our other family pets to them as well. Thank you to all of the staff there and we will be seeing them soon with our other 2 family pets for their shots next month. :)
