My little Blackbeard, a ~7 week old kitten I took in from the community cats in my apartment complex at ~6 weeks because of my concerns for his well-being, was showing signs of respiratory and ear infections and going downhill fast over a few days. With his age and fragile condition I did not have time to schedule with another local vet and wait a week+ to get him checked out. They only had 1 doctor in when I went, taking emergency and urgent cases only. They were very kind and understanding and asked all the right questions, allowing Blackbeard to be seen the same day, only a couple hours after check-in!! Dr. Simmons and the entire staff were working hard to get as many furry companions in while still providing diligent & proper care. Dr. Simmons was very knowledgeable, explained the medical issues at hand, the course of treatment, and why the medications were necessary and how they work. He was also highly compassionate and relatable as a human being. You can tell that he loves animals, along with the staff, and that they care and take pride in what they do. This was my first time visiting and I will be back to get Blackbeard his vaccinations, neutering and maintenance care. The service provided by walk-in (and affordable!) animal care is an absolute thing of beauty and I am so grateful for them! Waiting a few hours is much better than days, or a week+ to get an appointment elsewhere, especially for urgent pet care. Blackbeard is already looking and feeling better and on the right track to live a long and healthy life thanks to their help!

WOW! We had a doggie emergency and the told me to come right in! It was an odd situation however they were wonderful and took excellent care of us and our pet!! Never going back to our vet, coming here from now on! They’re truly the best and the price is right too!! Highly recommend

This place has the most caring staff. I have been coming to them for over 30 years for all kinds of problems with my dogs or cats! They always give it their all. I know they are short on doctors and poor Dr Weber was supposed to retire probably 8 years ago and yet he is still there as an employee working some days by himself. Yes there’s a long wait especially on those days so try to be kind and grateful we still have a vet like him

My Clara was 15 years old, and she was suffering and in pain. I had to do something I didn't want, and that was to put her to sleep. They were gentle with her and sympathetic with me as I was in tears. They helped me take her to my car so I could take her home and put her to rest. Two days later, I received a sympathy card with her paw print on it. It was the sweetest and kindest thing to do for me. Thank you to the doctor and staff who cared enough to comfort me for the loss of my beautiful Clara.

Great clinic and reasonable prices. This is a walk in clinic and very busy. They have limited hours of 8am-10am or 1pm-3pm, though you can check in at 12 pm but vets aren't back till 1pm. Be aware you could be there 2-3 hours from the time you check in till you're out the door. Avoid Mondays if possible.

So thankful to finally find an office with staff that actually cares about my Rocco, and treats him like he is their own. The team that came in and took over are making some big changes and have turned this office around for the better! I have never seen it so clean and so organized! They are providing high level care without breaking the bank!

This place is the most compassionate, caring and loving in history. Dr. Cassidy took care of my cat until the very end. She was always attentive and so loving with my cat nébula, offering me options, studying her medical condition genuinely. With no doubts, I can say that she truly loves her profession and loves animals! The staff attention is incredibly kind and emphatic with you. They ALL have a big heart for what they do. I lost my beautiful nébula today, but I'll always remember her in my heart and through the staff who always were with us in every step of the way.

We took our elderly family pet to help cross to over. They allowed us to wait outside in the car and came to get us when it was our turn with a stretcher since she could not walk anymore. They treated us and her so very nice. This is never an easy step to take with your family member but they made it so much easier. The icing on the cake was when I just received a sympathy card with our Digit's paw print. How very special. Thank you so much. I am very happy with this facility and will definitely be using them in the future.

My dog had emergency surgery. It went well. The Dr. was nice but some staff had a little bit of an attitude. Didn't pay attention when I tried to explain medication shortage. Thank you Dr. Wayne but wouldn't go back.

Heard there was a new DR and staff in town - so we took my daughters 2 new kitties here (mango&tango) to get their de-worming and shots done. Friendly staff, top notch service ☺️👍
