An excellent Vet Clinic in Avon Park, . We're Snowbirds and needed their services three times this Season. DVM Mark Griffin & DVM Aaron Peavy explain everything very clearly . Shannon & Betty answer the phones, but I didn't remember the names of the Vet Techs, who were very nice also. Highly recommended.

Dr. Griffin and his amazing team gave us 5 more precious months with our sweet Baby Jigs. His knowledge and honesty were much needed and appreciated when we took our sweet girl to Lake Forest after a series of events that caused her to suffer from renal failure as a result of another vet that she saw after we moved here. When Dr. Griffin saw her, I honestly felt when he said we had a MONTH at best with her, but he wouldn't count her out just yet. He gave us a detailed treatment plan with diet plan, Shannon and Tina (most phenomenal vet techs) showed us how to do her daily IV treatments at home as well let us know that if we weren't sure if she received enough fluids, just stop by and they would let us know if she needed more IV that day. Our sweet girl came back to us!! Eating, drinking, outside one her own.. AND TONS OF KISSES AND CUDDLES. And over those 5 months, Betty and Jeannie NEVER failed when I called with questions or concerns, even when it came to her "final arrangements", we were able to take care of and pick out everything in advance. Baby Jigs was my world for 13yrs. And when her time came, they fit her in the day she gave us the sign she was ready, without having much of a wait. They treated Baby Jigs like family. Which is why this is where EVERYONE should take their pets. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Griffin and his team.

I'm new in the area and this place was recommended and of course We had a emergency with our dogs ear . I called and They got us in right away . Dr Griffin and the staff are Wonderful and took very care of our dog . Luckly it was a yeast infection so we got some drops for that. Dr. Griffin was very helpful with all our questions and took the time to answer them . I set up a 1 year physical with them before I left the office . Thank you so much he's already doing better

This place is a gem!!! Great service, Clean Place, Excellent Prices!! Sorry, this will be a long review but worth it!! My baby Eleanor, (6 months Frenchie) started recently with a situation on her ears. After looking for places (I moved closer to the Avon Park area) I found the information of this place "online" with good reviews and called at 8:01am. I think that the name of the lady that answered the phone is Jennie, she listened to me and accommodate my baby to be seen the same day in the afternoon. I went there a little bit afraid and apprehensive due to previous bad experiences at other places, but Jennie was really polite to me, my son and baby Eleanor. I felt at ease and really comfortable instantly and my son (16 years old) felt the same. Jennie came and started talking to everybody and calling the babies (pets) by their name, which surprise me, because most of the places right now are about money not about our fur babies. She also shared pictures of her dogs and her cat with us, and also came to Eleanor and started petting her. I was pleasantly surprised!! The persons at the office told me that they love everyone at the clinic and started talking really highly about the Dr. Griffin too. A few minutes later they called Eleanor and the Vet. Tech took us to a room (was clean too) and took samples of my baby ears to be evaluated and a few minutes later (around 20) the Dr. came to the room. Dr. Griffin was really polite and professional, started explaining what he found on Eleanor's samples. He explained everything meticulously (and my nerd side was super happy about it)!!! His knowledge and experience save us over $300.00 on several testing's. He answered every question without rush. At the end, they did the testing's on Eleanors ears, entire physical evaluation to the baby, got her prescription and I choose to get some ear cleaning liquid from them too, and the price was extremely affordable. God is GOOD!! I can't believe that I found the right place for my babies and just 15 minutes away from home. If you are thinking about taking your babies to this place, go ahead and DO IT!! You will be pleasantly surprised as well!!

Lake Forest Vet was able to see us quickly on a emergent basis for our cat... as we are from out if town. Dr. Griffin promptly reviewed our records, listened to our concerns, evaluated the situation, explained the situation and treated our cat.
