Lake Emma Animal Hospital

Lake Emma goes above and beyond to make our nervous dog comfortable while receiving care. All staff is so incredibly kind and patient. I am so thankful we found the practice and I can not recommend them enough!! Thank you Lake Emma and staff for all you do!

The staff here is wonderful. I’ve been bringing my cats here for a couple years and have always had very positive experiences, for routine appointments and boarding. You can tell they really care about the animals and the work that they do!

Best experience at a vet thus far. They actually made me feel heard about my worries with my cat; including all the realizations about previous care at a different animal hospital. 1000% worth the cost for the experience, knowledge, and understanding I’ve been given so far!

New to the area, with a pet I inherited. L.E.A.H. was nearby and I thought it would be a nice place to start. Well, I could not have been more happy with the welcome we received. Everyone was very gentle with my newly acquired family member and I was glad Dr. Eric answered all my questions. It's clear that they love animals. They want to partner with the owners to care for them. I like that.

Haven’t been too pleased with this place since day one. Reasons being, I feel like they charge you for every little thing that may not be necessary to get. Every time I go in it seems like they do the same routine regardless what I’m bringing my dog in for. Almost feels like they don’t fully know what they’re doing. The prices are ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I was really thrown off that when I called in to ask how much it would be to get my dog spayed and they said they don’t give quotes over the phone!?! Very weird… They then sent me the quote via email which at my surprise it was $875!!!!!!! Mind blowing! Wouldn’t recommend this place AT ALL unless you are looking to throw your hard earned money away. Should be 1 star but I gave it 2 stars because it was clean inside.
