Apr 13, 2025 · Glenda MeltonAlmost a year ago my beloved cat was diagnosed with feline leukemia. DR. Thornton helped come up with a plan to monitor and support his quality of life on 3.18.25 I noticed a decline on his eating and we made an appointment for the following Saturday. Once we went in for what we thought was a normal check up and inspection turned to the worse. She informed us of the options we had to extend his life for up to a few weeks. After leaving us to come to terms and pick a solution we opted to make the hardest choice. They were so wonderful supporting us and giving us the time together we needed to say goodbye. During this dr. Thornton and her assistant stayed by our side and consoled us. For this I thank them for the constant support and love both me and bluey felt from them.
Mar 23, 2025 · Cody TerrellI love the staff here. You can plainly see they love their job and know theu will love your pet just like it was your child. Mine are my kids. The staff have such caring attitudes toward not only your pet but you as well.
Apr 10, 2025 · John SaldarisI have always appreciated the care my pets receive. My cat, Charlie, had dental extractions in 1/30/25, he had to spend the night. We picked him up the next day. He was given to us, no discharge instructions or a follow up, no medications. We were nearly home when I received a call stating that he had medication and instructions. Took him home and had to go back to the office. His surgery was extremely expensive, we should have been given discharge instructions and medications and a follow up appointment when we picked him up. He is doing wonderful and it seems the surgery was successful, just pretty disappointed in the discharge care.
Feb 02, 2025 · Rebecca ChambersThe team is always incredibly patient and kind with my cat Mango, even though she can be a bit of a challenge. I really appreciate the care and understanding they show every time we visit.
