The most compassionate veterinary practice I have ever experienced in all my years of having pets. Our beloved Bella crossed the rainbow bridge one week ago. Today, we received this beautiful card in the mail. Thank you!!! ❤️😢🙏🏻

They are the best. Friendly, professional and they love my dogs. We board there also. The dogs are always well cared for and happy when we pick them up. Love all the staff! Highly recommend !

They are always ready to take care of your babies. They have done family well. We have had happy visits and some not so happy visits. They are friendly and very caring. And tend to know you on a first name basis. Or at least your pets name. They are a little more pricer than some however, you get what you pay for. They saved my cats life. Just by putting him in a cage.. 🤣 thanks guys... These are some of these patients.

I had to reschedule my dogs surgery about three different times. Things happen y’all lol. And they understood every time. They didn’t give me a hard time about anything. I am on the spectrum so I am not a quick a thinker as others. And they were very patient with me. As for my dogs care… I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this surgery. I have had it done at another place years ago and if I knew this place was here I would have driven to the ends here. Cupcake had a ACL surgery. And she’s healing just fine. The vet even gives you links to make sure you’re doing the dog’s range of motion and makes sure you understand. And there’s never a dumb question with this clinic. They will answer anything. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for being there for my dog, The most important part of my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

My dog was given the wrong medication dosage. When I went to the facility to address the issue, I was told that “Everybody makes mistakes and other remarks that let me know they were not taking responsibility for the seriousness of their mistake. When I said I was losing confidence in their animal hospital, I was told to find another vet, ushered to the front desk and given my three dogs’ records. They punitively refused to give me replacement medication for my dog which left her without. This was an unprofessional way to handle both pet and owner. Very disappointed and concerned for other pets that will be treated at Lake City Animal Hospital.
