Really kind and thoughtful staff. Emily helped me quickly setup an appointment for my cat, and did a great job of explaining what I would need for his first visit. The app they use to communicate with patients is helpful as you can easily send them your pets information records and they respond very quickly. My cat was experiencing some stomach symptoms and Emily told me what to look out for and also let me know where the ER vet was just in case I needed it. I’m new to the area and wouldn’t have known where to go otherwise. Dr. Dixon was really thorough in examining him and talking through concerns I had. She approached his weight issues with a lot of empathy and talked through solutions without making me feel bad about the situation. The vet technicians were also really great and kept him comfortable while he got his ears cleaned and nails trimmed. My cat hates going to the vet and this was the most comfortable he’s ever looked!

Feb 20, 2025 · AAll three of our dogs come here and get better treatment than we do at our doctors. The receptionist are friendly and helpful, the techs are great and the vets are amazing . Dr.Dixon has treated all of our dogs since they were puppies. She treats them as if they were her own. She is caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. We also appreciate she stays up to date on all research and her passion for animals is obvious. Any time we have had a serious issue they always are able to accommodate us typically the same day. We wouldn’t take our pets anywhere but LaCroix.
Jul 30, 2024 · Eric PI took my 8-year old Pomsky to LaCroix for the first time, and I was very impressed with Dr. Dixon. She was so incredibly thorough, kind, and patient. She spent a lot of time talking with me and addressing the concerns I had, and I never felt like she was rushing through our visit. I’m so happy I chose LaCroix as my dog’s new veterinarian.
Feb 21, 2025 · Natalie DreherDr. Halvorson and the staff at LaCroix are amazing! We have trusted them for the care of three of our dogs over the last 18 years, sometimes even traveling 2-4 hours to see them when we lived in other cities. We recently lost our last pet and Dr. Halvorson and the practice was so caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this vet!
Dec 24, 2024 · Jeanette O'RourkeEveryone at LaCroix Veterinary Hospital is above and beyond amazing. All three doctors are trustworthy and efficient. Communication is excellent and I never have a problem getting an appointment. Obsessed with Dr. Deak, in a healthy, non-stalkerish way.
