Dr. Cross is not only an amazing person who genuinely cares for animals but she knows her stuff! The traditional vet I had been taking my dog to for years was at a loss to treat an antibiotic resistant strain of UTI and said it was incurable. But Dr. Cross wasn't intimidated at all by that and between treatments and supplements my dog was cured! :) Dr Cross dramatically improved my dog's quality of life and I'm so thankful for her care and help - even giving exercises for me to do with my dog too! Oh, and my dog loves her and isn't scared at all like she is when we go to a traditional vet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
