Kittredge Animal Clinic

This was our first visit and we would give them a perfect 5 Stars! Dr Elizabeth was great handling the Wellness Exam and addressed all of our concerns. She has a great sense of humor. too! We wanted to know the cost of dental cleaning and tooth extraction for our 12 year old chihuahua and we were sent a very detailed estimate very shortly after we arrived home. The Vet Tech also gets 5 Stars!

Oh, how we love everything about Kittredge Animal Clinic! Dr. Jeff and his staff are super communicative, smart and kind. They checked up a few times after Charlie's surgery and took the time to talk, listen and laugh in relation their history with us and CharlieBoots ❤️🌞

Our little dog had an emergency situation and they fit us in immediately and took such loving and kind care of us. I highly recommend this animal clinic. There were also no hidden costs as they disclosed the cost for each procedure before proceeding. How refreshing!

Initial visit. Discussed pup care for longevity. Vet took blood sample for heartworm - dog didn't even flinch. The vet assistant was able to get the dog on the scale (Great Dane - 180#) - thats a first. Excellent meeting

I’ve been going through this vet clinic for about five years so I’m very upset to be leaving this review. Up until yesterday I preached about this vet office and their employees. I’ve brought in dogs of all sizes, and cats of all ages for everything they’ve needed to this vet. Yesterday was the first and last time they’ll mistreat one of my babies though. I have a 5 pound chihuahua, who is 4 months old and terrified of people outside of our household. This was his third vet visit with them, the final one to get his rabies shot. We were supposed to just have a tech visit, go in get the shot and leave. Upon walking in the door, the front desk lady got up and squealed the whole way to the front door to greet our puppy who was in my arms. The entire time I was saying he’s really scared right now, we needs a sec. He pissed himself all over me, all over the floor. She took a second to get me some paper towels, then came right back to squealing and grabbed him outta my arms. I watched her get every vet tech in the building to come say hi to my, obviously, terrified dog. He pissed the entire time he was back there somehow, and kept peeing after he was out in my arms. They didn’t even tell us where they gave him the shot. They just asked for payment and sent us on our way. I’m sooo disappointed in the lack of respect they had for my dog. If it were a big dog they would have respected him. They definitely caused a decline in the training we’ve put in with strangers and his reactiveness.
