I can’t speak highly enough about KOP Veterinary Hospital. The staff I worked with, Kim and Nicole have been very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They have also been very accommodating with communication and scheduling. Dr. Robbins was so engaged he makes you feel like you are the only client. I feel completely informed after our first puppy visit. I have had pets my whole life (and that’s a pretty long time), which included a lot of vet visits and this organization is wonderful.

I took my 8 year old cat for the first time to KOP Vet Hosp. this past week to check a concern I had about her eye changing color over time. Our cats have extreme anxiety with cars and vets so once we moved to KOP, we hadn't tried to find a new vet since they stay indoors and have been healthy (until this eye concern). I'm glad we were able to get an appointment so quickly (though I have flexibility during the day so that helps) and even though you can schedule online, I chose to call. I also really liked that we waited in the car until they were ready for us because my cat is terrified of traveling and vet visits and this ensured she wouldn't be further scared by other animals that may also be visiting. I think we waited maybe 5 minutes past our appointment time to be called in. Everyone was friendly and kind to my cat. They took their time to exam her and get feedback on the situation from colleagues. Dr. Clarke was the one who examined her and she was very helpful in explaining the situation to me and my options with her honest opinion. They were able to refer me to an opthalmologist for further evaluation as well. That opthalmologist ultimately agreed with their findings (though had more tools to verify). I also appreciated that even though they suggested I get my cat vaccinated (as she was out of date) she said it can wait since we had other pressing issues. I would definitely recommend them and feel very comfortable with taking my other two cats now for wellness checks. Grateful we have such a great Vet so close to us.

Staff are all pleasant! Vet tech Ms. Megan & Dr. Robbins are who I saw as a follow up visit from my cat going to the emergency vet prior. The process of getting checked in and being seen was nice and quick. Was made to feel very comfortable and my cat was handled with care. Will be bringing my second cat here once he is due for his wellness check!

The King of Prussia Veterinary Hospital is an excellent place to take your furry friend. The vets and staff are knowledgeable, caring and thorough. I have taken all of my pets there over many years and I have always found this practice to be excellent, two of my cats lived to be over 19 years old! Thank you KOP Veterinary hospital!❤️

The staff here are wonderful! I recently moved to the area and made a new patient appointment for my cat. The front desk staff are extremely nice and the vet I saw, Dr. Clarke, was thorough and allowed me to ask questions and she replied to all of them, making sure to cover all the bases. She also called me the next day with test results and again was very thorough in her explanation and her recommendations and gave me time to process and ask questions. Highly recommend this practice!
