The entire staff at Keystone Animal Hospital have been nothing short of fantastic. It’s obvious everyone there absolutely loves animals. This is the first time I’ve ever had a pet excited to go inside and greets them like long lost friends. They are friendly and extremely accommodating, and we’ve always been able to get an appointment the same day or within 24 hours, when needed. They make pets (and pet parents!) feel comfortable and really take their time explaining everything. The facility is clean, roomy and has separate entrances for cats and dogs. Frankie and I are so glad we found them!

Extremely positive experience with Dr Teed snd his well educated assistants. My cat did not have an appointment but needed a vet pronto. With a positive attitude the team welcomed me, conducted appropriate tests and diagnosed the problem. I was given written instructions for after care.

After a long road trip my poor dog had an anal gland burst. My vet back home said she needed to be seen, so I called Keystone after seeing other positive reviews. They were able to squeeze me in immediately after I called (for a reasonable fee). My dog was seen and cared for efficiently, even though there were many other patients coming and going for their scheduled appointments. The other animal owners were also very friendly in the waiting room, so it was an overall positive experience where my pup was properly cared for. The staff showed genuine care for each animal. I’d recommend this location for locals or people from out of state who has an animal that needs immediate attention.

This practice is the best! 10 STARS! After a horrific experience at another vet in town, Keystone graciously stepped in and healed our sweet boy with compassion, sensitivity, and competence. They were not quick to suggest invasive or expensive solutions, but rather took the best interest of our cat to heart and tried the least invasive solutions first. I find their pricing to be reasonable and well worth the money. Above all else their staff is phenomenal. They treat both the animals and people with respect and kindness. The veterinarian is gentle with the animals and explains the treatment plan in a manner that makes you feel very informed but not "talked down" to. Most of our visits these days are for maintenance shots for our senior boy, but the veterinarian always says hello when he sees us. If you are looking for a practice that won't take advantage of you and one you'll feel good about, look no further than Keystone Animal Hospital.

I had the best experience! I wanted to establish care for my dog at a new vet and when I called, the receptionist was so friendly! It was very easy to make an appointment- they had so much availability. When my dog and I got there, my dog felt comfortable which says a lot. The receptionist was super sweet. We were brought back to a room and we didn’t have to wait long for Dr. Teed to come in. He was so kind. One thing that stood out to me was that he sat on the bench with my dog and I the whole time. This brought comfort to my dog rather than like other vets they take the dog and either hold them on the floor with their assistant or bring the dog to the back. I am so pleased with Dr. Teed and his team! 10/10 recommend. Thanks for being so great!!!
