They were able to get my girl in the day I called. She was so sick and I was told I’d be called if there was a cancellation and 10 minutes later they called to tell me to bring her over. The Dr. knew right away what it was and no unnecessary testing or x-rays were done. We received 2 medications and were out the door with a very reasonable bill. Dr. and staff are always friendly and helpful!

Mar 21, 2025 · Teresa DuCheneyDr Anthony is understanding and cares about your pet. The desk ladies are wonderful as well. My dog had an incident and they helped me clean her up. They truly care about what you are going through.
Apr 07, 2025 · Angela HileThe whole process to get Stormy in for care was quick and painless. The staff is very caring and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.
Apr 05, 2025 · Joshua OstingMerlin is the big guy, my guy, and the best friend I'd ever had in a K-9. I love that dog to this day. Cali is the calico.. Not a cat person soooo.... However my girlfriend is and she loved Cali. That being said, Merlin and Cali were both put to rest here. First Merlin 2 years ago.. Cali just hours ago... Our experience with Merlin was absolutely awful. No one there could find a vein, try after try after try... Finally got it. We were there for over an hour.. Soooo painful! Merlin seemed aware just could not more. One of the worse days I've ever had. We left glad it was over and said they must have some new techs. Today my girlfriend took Cali out do to failing health. She came home with a horrible story. This poor woman. She told me how they sedated Cali, either not giving her enough or waiting to long to finish. Cali started to wake. Trying to meow and start climbing up her for safety. So she had to hold her down, while staff made absurd comments, "Oh she's fighting the sedation. " As though Cali was apart of some super soldier black budget program to make a fighting force of feline. Moving on.. The second try at sedation was a fail as well. So they just came in and cath'd and killed her with out sedation. So traumatic for both Cali and My girlfriend. If you prefer unalived instead of kill, just know they're exactly the same thing when you are there. Sooo... If you love your animals like they are your people... And want them to go quick and peaceful... Go somewhere else..
Dec 19, 2024 · Cody Robertslong story short, my grandmother took our family dog to the vet; she ended up passing of old age. My grandmother told them she did not want the ashes of our dog. After calling everywhere, because she didn’t know which vet she took her to because she has dementia, we finally found she took our dog to this vet. After calling and locating her I explained we wanted the ashes. I paid the difference and told them only to contact me. After weekly calling to see if our dogs ashes were available, they told me today when I called that they don’t have them. They called my grandmother who picked them up. The same grandmother who didn’t want them because she was too upset and again, has dementia. I made several calls throughout the weeks and made it very clear to them what the situation was and they still did this. Completely unbelievable and shows lack of caring.
