Apr 29, 2025 · Terry KennedyAll the staff at Kennebunk Veterinary Hospital are wonderful to work with. You can tell by each interaction how much they care for the animals they treat. My Ruby loves to go to the vet!
Aug 15, 2024 · Lesley RawlingsWe love everyone at Kennebunk Vet, especially Dr. O. Front staff are friendly, efficient and thoughtful. Alice is very special to us and I’m not sure if I could properly explain what a wonderful gift of caring Kennebunk gives, on each and every visit. Alice is a rescue, we are so lucky that she chose us to be her champions. We are fiercely dedicated to her happiness. She had a few obstacles to overcome but Kennebunk Vet was with us every step of the way. From exams, care suggestions, follow up calls, providing contacts for specialists, they do it all. They are patient and kind. We trust them without reservation for caring for our Alice.
Feb 22, 2024 · Cynthia HeniganCould not recommend Kennebunk Vet more! The veterinarians and vet techs here are all so kind and compassionate. I am usually an overly emotional dog mom when I bring my Blue in (even if it’s just a routine exam 😂) and they are always so sweet and patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients!!
Nov 10, 2023 · kathleen kramerExtremely disappointed, upset and sad & a million other emotions. Our dog Bandit was seen in late fall for a few lipomas and 1 small cancerous lump, that they said was contained and not spreading. All of these lumps were removed via surgery. They did multiples scans/xrays. On 1 X-ray there was a spot on his lungs that showed, but we were told don’t worry about it, it looks like nothing, we’ll check back in 6 months. A little while after the surgery, Bandit started coughing a ton and even started coughing up frank red bloody sputum, the largest size of this sputum chunk was a half dollar. Obviously very alarming! We called and he was seen and was told “it’s a cold”. When it didn’t stop, we called again and wanted him to be seen. We were brushed off. We were so displeased, our concerns not being taken seriously and the office not doing their due diligence knowing something appeared on his lung months ago. We decided to go to another vet for a second opinion, they did an X-ray and unfortunately one lung had a huge mass and the other was peppered with small masses. We were given 2weeks to a month for Bandit. They said he would’ve had a chance with surgery if it was looked into and taken seriously when we first started expressing our concerns. We are extremely heartbroken that our once very active, sweetest boy on earth was given this prognosis because of the lack of attention and care he received at Kennebunk veterinary hospital. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our family will never be going back to kennebunk vet.
