We love Dr. Pirotte and the staff at KC Animal Hospital. They are warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! I trust them completely with the care of my fur baby, Spike!

Dr. Dan Piroutte and other staff at the KC Animal Hospital are all focused on making your pet comfortable and healthy. We've been using KC for decades for our dogs and cats, and we highly recommend it.

Both doctors are true professionals, courteous and very knowledgeable. The staff is amazing. They're very responsive and like the doctors are very caring people. They work very well together as exhibited by their interactions with not only with my dogs but also other people's pets. I only wish I had found them sooner... that story fur another day.

The full version: I first found KC Animal Hospital about 10 years ago when my long-time vet moved there. During that time, we got to know Dr. Pirotte. He has gone above and beyond for my cats on multiple occasions despite not knowing me well. When a cat passed away unexpectedly, he was there to help. When another cat got sick, he helped us again. He always hires THE BEST people, from the techs to the front-office staff. In 2018, after our regular vet moved on and we followed, we saw his relief vet on a weekend that our regular vet was unavailable: Dr. Carey solved a problem that the expensive emergency vets neglected. We were welcomed back by the techs and office staff (shout out to Tanya and Leslie) and were provided with excellent care for a cat in a "cast" who kept standing in her water bowl. Yesterday, we found ourselves back at KC. Dr. Cox took the time to truly listen and even watched the short videos I took of the at-home symptoms. He had obviously read the lengthy medical history of our 15-year old. And then...he offered clear, understandable explanations. Kenna, the tech, did the same: she took careful notes on the medical history and gave detailed, understandable instructions for one of the medications. Both Dr. Cox and Kenna asked multiple times if I had questions, and they answered those questions thoroughly. This seems increasingly rare as practices are looking to move pets in and out, and I am so grateful to KC. If you want top-rate care, clear explanations, and compassion from your vet, KC Animal Hospital is the place to go.

The KC Animal Hospital was absolutely awesome 🐾💕🐾 From making the appointment with Liz up through meeting Megan, the vet technician and Dr. Cox, you couldn't ask for more compassionate people to help and take care of your fur baby 🐾💕🐾 Very detailed on the procedures and what to expect. This would definitely be a return visit for my puppy dog.
