Just Cats Clinic

Visiting Just Cats Clinic was a great experience. My Cat gets very cranky in a carrier but they were fantastic in calming him down and working with him so he would feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly polite and Doctor Tew did an excellent job explaining what my furry friend needed as far as which preventative care and tests were beneficial due to his age. She even found a broken tooth I didn’t know about. I will be taking my cat here exclusively from here on and would happily recommend them (and have) to my family, friends and even coworkers.

It was an extremely pleasant visit. They knew exactly what to do and what to recommend. They gave my cat the care she needed. The office layout was very well put together and very clean. Loved all the staff.

With two Maine Coons, I want to make sure their vet knows, not only general cat care, but needs for these giant felines. Having no other species to encounter or smell helps make the experience calm for the kitties. The entire staff takes time to give the best care. Dr. Elizabeth and all the vets, techs, and support staff have certainly earned their recognition as ‘Washington’s Best’!

Dr. Martinez-Jaka is truly outstanding - you can tell immediately that she has a special way with cats. Her gentle approach and thorough examination made my cat feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The vet assistant, Zach, was equally amazing. His patience and skill in handling my cat really stood out. He has clearly mastered the art of keeping cats calm during their visits, which any cat owner knows is no small feat! The clinic itself is spotless - you can tell they take cleanliness and hygiene seriously. The examination rooms are well-maintained, and the whole facility has a clean, professional atmosphere that puts both pets and their owners at ease. I was also impressed by the front desk staff. They were friendly, efficient, and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. Their pleasant attitudes and organization really set the tone for the entire visit. The whole team of Just Cats Clinic is unique in the coordinated and caring approach to managing my cat’s health- it’s an absolute joy to see the vet from the first contact at the reception desk to signing out after the visit.
