Jermantown Animal Hospital

Dr. Johnson and the rest of the staff at Jermantown Animal Hospital are amazing! We’re taking our rescue beagle, Biscuit, there for heartworm treatment. Dr. Johnson answered all of our questions in a very clear and concise way, and all of the staff were exceptional in making Biscuit feel safe (with plenty of treats). Scheduling, payment, and everything administrative was also a breeze. We could not recommend them more!

The front desk staff and techs are very nice and want to help to their best ability. I was able to get my sick dog in for a same day appointment. Unlike our previous vet, Jermantown AH didn’t pushback or try to make me feel bad for asking if they could see my dog today. Dr Johnson is so kind and empathetic, she is thorough and cares for your pet. We truly appreciate the care we received today and look forward to having our dogs get continued care here Highly recommend

Found this place from recommendation. I take my dog Mochi to Burke Animal Clinic (also highly recommended!!), and I asked their staffs if they could recommend me a great place to board my dog (especially since my dog is a senior dog). I called them for pricing and the procedure to board. Katie helped me on the phone and emailed me the details right away. The next couple days, I took Mochi in so she can get familiar with the property. And again the staffs were all attentive and genuinely care about my dog.

My first experience with JAH was bringing in my foster - Echo for a visit to check for a UTI. It turned out to be the best veterinary visit I’ve had. I loved how she was treated like a VIP and that I could be in the room with her while she had her exam. Dr. Johnson and her staff are super stars and I wouldn’t trust any of my pets with anyone else. Want proof? My service dog is now a patient at JAH and because Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns my girl Remedy is doing so much better!!! Every chance I get I am referring you all for your solid care, patience and respect for my pet and foster!!!

Dr. Johnson has been my dog’s vet for nearly six years now. I’m so excited that she recently bought and took over this practice, as she puts her all into her work and I am confident this practice will thrive for years to come. She has always provided my dog with the utmost level of care. He’s aged and is a frequent patient at her clinic at this point and I’ve always been very happy with the care he’s received. Not only is Dr. J great with her patients, but also does a phenomenal job of explaining everything to the owners and going over all the options. It is immediately apparent that Dr. J cares deeply for her patients and I cannot recommend her enough.
