I called on Thursday at 9am with concerns about my dogs leg, they were able to get me in by 11:15. When I got there, I was alone with my 75 lb dog and my toddler. My dog is reactive to other dogs and my daughter hates the sound of barking, but you gotta do what you gotta do!!! My dog was barking and my daughter was crying. The person who greeted me at the desk asked if i would like to sit in a room while i wait, i took them up on their offer! When we got into the room my toddler was bored so she started to get upset. In came Dr Vogel with a coloring book and colored pencils and my daughter was instantly chilled out. I was so grateful to the entire staff for treating me so nicely even though my crew was wreaking havoc on the office. So pleased and my dog is doing great!!!

My family has brought all of our pets here for the last 10+ years, and we have been met with such genuine and compassionate care. The doctors are all informative and thorough. Prices are fair and have never broke the bank even in unexpected situations.

Very caring staff. All personnel work well with my challenging dog, providing calm reassurance throughout exams. Clean, beautiful new building.

So Amazing!! Can’t say enough good things about this place!! All animals are treated with outstanding care and compassion. The staff are all wonderful and extremely knowledgeable from the vet Dr. Peltier to the vet techs to the office manager. If you want to prolong your animals life or just get basic maintenance care this is the way to go. Veterinarian Dr. Magdalena Peltier is the most engaging veterinarian alive and the most wonderful person ever. She is so caring and so dedicated and knowledgeable and awesome!!! Lovely her so much and love this place.

I would love to give these people a 5 star review but their front staff is horrible! The vets are great but I wish that the people who take the appointments would be a little more courteous to the customers. Almost every time I attempt to make an appointment the receptionist seems to only know the word “no” because she doesn’t even wait for me to complete my request before saying no. They should absolutely consider getting better customer service in their front end.

Drs Peltier, Vogel and their entire staff are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, caring and loving folks in the business. We took our beloved dogs to them from 2004 until we moved out of state in 2019. The staff always accommodated us for appointments and also the occasional emergency visit. Our dogs were always treated like family and when it was time for them to cross the rainbow bridge, each staff member was compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend to give them your business and trust them with your furbaby.
