I’ve used Iron Horse for 6 years now. The team there is uniquely gifted in treating our equine friends because they work as a collaborative unit. My mare used to chronically colic and had severe allergies. Iron horse solved both problems. Emergency calls due to injury, colic, lameness exams, chiro… I would be lost without their services. My relationship with iron horse is invaluable for the health of my horses I’m so grateful.

Dr. Mindy Smith is one of the best vets around! Kind and compassionate with both her horse and human clients! She’s very knowledgeable with lameness issues and has the best bedside manner in emergencies. Would highly recommend her for any of your horse needs!

I can't say enough nice things about Iron Horse Equine. First, I really like that the practice is locally and family owned. The vets and their techs are very knowledgable and extremely professional. They have stitched up our horses, come out in the middle of the night for emergencies, treated colics, given them shots, adjustments etc. Their rage of services and prompt response is impressive. We have used Iron Horse for years and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!
