We moved here over a year ago. Of course we lined up a vet before we even moved, cause we have quite the crew. Two Golden’s, a Shih Tzu and three cats. Was used to sitting in a waiting room with exuberant Golden’s, and you know the drill. This is not like that. The reception staff obviously loves animals. Both Dr Hoopers will spend as much time as they need with you. They make sure they have answered all of your questions. We are exceptionally happy that they take care of our crew.

Both Dr. Hoopers and their staff are the best. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Yes, they're busy BECAUSE they are so good. They really care, and don't push things you don't need or are trendy.

I've been using the place for some years now and recently I had to go north to bury my father. Money is tight and my ex girlfriend took my dog for a lime disease shot at my old vet up north. Well just recently back I needed some flea and tick medication for my dog and cat and was told that I needed to bring my cat in for an update and proof that my dog was tested for heartworm. Neither one of these had nothing to do with flea and tick medication except to make more money off of me. Vets use the guilt trip to con you into having unnecessary things done which add up to hundreds of extra dollars. I don't even have healthcare insurance. I'm really disappointed in this kind of tactic. I also will say that I recently spent well over a thousand dollars having teeth pulled on my dog and leaving a 20 dollar tip for each person working there to show my appreciation.

Called and spoke to someone named Melissa. She was rude and condescending. I let her know I’d try to figure something out since they couldn’t help my issue out and before I could get the full sentence out she hung the phone up. I called to let her know that as a still potential customer it was rude of her to end the call that way. She basically did the same thing a second time, but with an attitude. Would not use this business nor suggest them to friends.
