Back in August my 9 1/2 year old Staffordshire Terrier, urgently needed life saving emergency surgery. After calling countless Veterinarian ERs in the city, InstaVet quoted the most affordable price (by at least a few thousand dollars). Since I didn’t have the total amount to pay the whole bill up front they referred me to Care Credit which I was approved for in 5 minutes, I believe they also offer a InstaVet payment plan as well. Once we arrived they were able to get her in the operating room almost immediately. Mini literally went from being on her death bed to making a full recovery in a few weeks, energetic and back on her long walks around the city! Note that this is an urgent care facility that provides emergency services so there is no overnight stays for pets here. Also all follow up visits and medications were included in the total amount of the bill. Thank you to the diligence staff for saving my dog’s life!

The actual procedure was done with care and skill, and every staff member we interacted with was professional and gentle of our situation. Scheduled an appointment for dental cleaning examination. But there is only one vet available on the weekday. And they just kept asking you to wait. I don’t understand what is the point of appointment when you have to wait and they don’t even tell you how long you need to wait. I was waiting there for one hour and the waiting room was super hot. No one came to update me on ETA and check to see how my dog is doing.
