The BEST vet I’ve ever been too. The people are kind, incredibly helpful, and very accommodating to any and all situations. They’ve helped ensure that finances are also considered at every step and mitigated expenses where possible. I went in the other day begging for a quick drop-in vaccination and they made it happen when they absolutely could’ve said no! The best people for your pets, hands down.

They might also promote their comprehensive range of services, from preventative wellness to advanced surgical procedures, positioning themselves as a one-stop solution for all pet health needs. May 16, 2025 · Cassidy KummrowI have brought my last two bassets to Ingersoll Animal Hospital. They are great to work with. They helped me with one of my dog’s end of life services and were so kind and helpful during that hard time. I had to bring my new puppy to them after the great experience I had with my other dog. They have taken care of him for the last 2 years.
May 21, 2025 · Melissa BemisThe entire team was very helpful and compassionate for my girl Kenai and myself. The care they provided was outstanding in every aspect.
Feb 02, 2025 · Kacie BelgerI waited months to write this review because I wanted to be objective. My opinion is still the same. They diagnosed my dog with arthritis. I brought him back multiple times because he wasn't showing any improvement with treatment ( he was getting worse) they told me arthritis could not be cured. Obviously, who thinks arthritis can be cured? But it should be managed and he shouldn't have been significantly declining. At the third or fourth visit after the initial diagnosis they did X-rays and didn't find anything (they missed it). I went to get a second opinion. The second vet said he likely had cancer. He died 3 days after the second vet visit, 3 months after I initially brought him in to Ingersoll. I would never bring an animal to Ingersoll animal hospital. Aside from this awful experience, they clearly pay their staff terribly as it is always different people and the vets are not good. Lots of 'upselling' and acting like they know all. I should note that I took both dogs there for over a year and thought about switching throughout that time; they were both healthy and didn't need much care so I didn't. Trust your gut when it comes to your pet, not these vets. Highly, highly recommend Starch Pet Hospital. Edit to respond to owners response. While I appreciate the kind words, your vets missed multiple large signs, including with the use of X-rays and a visible large lump ( that I was told repeatedly was his arthritis). While I do understand that medicine is an art as much of a science, it does feel like this was just a huge miss. With more discussions about using your sister clinic for expensive treatment options than about finding out what was truly causing his issues.
