Indian Tree Animal Hospital: Ungar Lauren DVM

The staff are very caring, and efficient. They are always able to help my dag become more relaxed during the exam. I just moved away, and will miss Indian Tree - they were our vets for all of our animals for years.

Let me start off by saying we the love the doctors here! They are so nice and great at what that do! However, the service and communication between the staff and the clients is terrible. We have had more than one poor experience, but our most recent experience was by far the worst. We had already been planning on switching offices but one of our pups had gotten something stuck in his eye and we needed to get him in ASAP. When I called to get him in, the front desk was very helpful. They stated that they were booked solid for the next few days but if we could get there in 15 minutes they could see him in-between patients. Luckily we live down the street and was able to make the drop off the time. They came to the car to bring him inside and said they will call us when he is done, and bring him out. 1 hour passes, almost 2 hours later (of waiting the car) we call to see what is going on. They tell us when they “squeeze you in” between patients it may take a couple hours to be seen… then why the rush to be there in 15 minutes? We were told we could leave and they will call us when he’s ready. 3 hours pass, still nothing. I call to check in and see what is going on, and where he is being kept in the mean time. They tell me the doctor still hasn’t gotten to him but he should be next in line. In the mean time he is being kept in a very large kennel. We never kennel our dogs (they’re rescues and have had bad experiences with cages), I could only imagine how scared he might be. 5 HOURS LATER we get a call that he is ready. When we go to pick him up we wait in the car for another 30 minutes before we call them and ask what is going on. Finally they bring him out. That’s 5 hours of just sitting in a kennel! I get that they are busy, but come on. Why the rush to bring him in if he’s just going to wait for 5 hours? If you don’t have time to see him, just tell me and we can happily take him somewhere else. Very poor experience, wish the service/communication was better.

The doctors and staff at Indian Tree have always taken the best care of our pets. They are always very friendly and honest, wanting what's best for you and your pet. We'll never go anywhere else.

Great store , they've added a Starbucks. I feel like they did it for me because after I get my coffee I get my shopping done very fast.

Louie loves this place, they are so nice to him.
