This is the BEST vet HANDS DOWN. Not only the Doctor, but his team is incredible. They are so caring, sincere, and always willing to help. I've called in twice with concerns about my older cat and my kitten and they jumped in to help. For example, I saw a growth on my kitten's paw and they asked me to text pics so they could look at it on the spot and was able to quickly quell my concerns, calming this cat mom's nerves. On another occasion, I shared that my older senior cat was not eating his Rx food (I think he got bored of his regular food LOL), so they gave me 2 free cans of a new brand to try out so I didn't have to purchase a whole case to find out if he liked it or not. Every time we bring in our kitties, they greet them so sweetly, which is so helpful because our older cat is always so anxious. I appreciate this whole team and I purposely drive out of my way, past many other vets, to come see them. Even if I move further, this will be my first choice for my babies. And to the team - THANK YOU for being so amazing and treating our pets like they are your own. You guys are incredible and are the true unsung heroes!

Wow! I am so impressed with Indian Trail Animal Hospital. In my 40+ years of animal ownership, I have never had the privilege to speak with a vet that is this good. The front desk lady (Mrs. Hansen) was so gracious and kind both on the phone and when I went in. She answered a number of my questions before I even made an appointment. I took my very elderly cat to see Dr. Hansen today for a second opinion because my old vet clinic of 40 years has been bought out by a conglomerate and all they want to do is run tests. Dr. Hansen took so much time with my husband and me explaining my cat's condition and the options that we had. He was kind, and caring and went into great detail about what was going on with my cat. Because my cat is in end stage renal failure, he told me what to expect and what things might help for the short term. He gave me options, gave me his honest opinion, but did not push me to do any particular treatment or test. He left the final decision up to me with no pressure. My husband, who is a retired physician, made the comment when we left that Dr. Hansen knew and understood way more about kidney function than most practicing human doctors today!!! I'm only sorry that I did not switch to this vet practice sooner. What a wonderful and refreshing experience. I will be moving the care of my other cat to them when she is due for her annual checkup. I cannot say enough nice things about all of the kind folks who work in this clinic. Thank you Dr. Hansen and staff!

I come here every time my dog ​​has an appointment, I chose them and I don't regret it, my dog ​​always leaves happy.

I took my precious a week ago because she was limping and Dr. Hansen kindly explained the possibilities of what could have caused the limping. Afterwards he provided various solutions to help my baby. Everyone including the front desk staff showed genuine interest in helping precious make a full recovery. Right now precious is still in recovery but she is doing so much better, no longer showing signs of pain, and is fully walking.

I’ve never gone anywhere else after discovering them 3 years ago. I’ve brought all of my pets here and recommended all my family and friends to bring theirs as well. They are so loving, so caring and I have 0 fear of any wrong doing of any pet. I’ve met only a few veterinarians that actually love and care of the animals, and the people who run this place have so much love you can feel it radiating! Will drive hours to come here even if I moved. Support local vet places!
