Hours of operation very due to lack of staffing which is unfortunate. They also have lost control of their Facebook page which make public notification difficult to say the least. Yet, with all the negatives this little clinic faces they try their hardest to serve the Adams county area. Their phone is always on and it's always worth making the call and leaving a message because someone always returns the call.

Vet double booked, then was rude about it. Only open one day a week, can't spay large dogs, but says my dog needs to be spayed. A visit takes over an hour and your stuck waiting outside in your car. She's the only vet my rottweiler has seen and this past time the vet flinched away from her when trying to take blood, which freaked out my girl who is just turning 3yrs. Don't need these negative experiences.

Had an appt on May 22nd for my dog to get her shots and establish with a new vet as we moved. Was told the Lyme disease shot would be a good idea. Wasn’t told until afterwards she would need to come back for a booster which would be around $20. So ok came back on June 19 th and was charged $70.75! Was told it was for the shot and a Recheck. I have no idea why there would be a recheck when she was just there a month ago and she was not in there for more than 7 minutes.Took longer for her assistant to bring out the bill. Total rip-off. Will not be going back!

If I could leave a -0 star I would. So today I was on my way to another vet with my 15 yr old teddy bear. So I thought I’d stop in case they had an opening. Hours say M-F 8-5. The lady behind the desk was masked up and i opened the door. She said we’re curbside only ! Really? Anyway she said that she was the vet. She said no appointments except made in advance! She said today is paperwork and computer day. I’m thinking and your lights are on and door open and your not taking appointments! Meanwhile… my thought is she’s a very hard person for a vet ! I went out the door and said .. forget it and slammed the door! My advice is … you live in a small town with very reputable vets in the area. I would choose a different way to treat customers
