I'm so impressed with the care and attention that the staff, technicians, and doctors give here. From the front desk to the back room, I always feel seen, listened to, and that our dogs are receiving the best care. We've been bringing our dogs to this practice for almost two years now I think and I feel like our fur babies are far more cared for here than they were at our prior vet clinic. Last year was also a challenging year for us in terms of our pets' health and I spent a lot of time at the clinic, working with different staff members. I've never had a negative experience or regretted our switch to this clinic. Definitely recommend.

Visited twice recently and was very impressed with the quality of service and care given. We have been watching a dog that needed care and Independence is his normal vet. Everything went great and pricing was very fair.

Couldn’t recommend this facility more. I’ve struggled a bit to find a reliable local vet but after this experience, I won’t be taking my dog anywhere else. Had a bit of an emergency ear injury pop up with my dog. Not only were they able to get us in within a few hours for an appointment, but later that evening when things worsened, they talked me through triage on the phone. From their availability, willingness to help, and how frequently they reached out to check on him in the days/weeks after - it was the kind of care any pet parent would be lucky to have and now Rusty’s ear is as good as new. Thanks again!

I had an emergency with my cat, and when my regular clinic was closed, Independence Veterinary Clinic was more than willing to take me in on a first visit. Dr. Michelle Bryan was wonderful in helping guide me through out options, and when we unfortunately decided on euthanasia, they walked me through the entire process and were always present and helpful. While it was a terribly sad time, I know that I wouldn't want to go to any other clinic now.

Even though our fur baby is no longer with us I can say this place did well by us until the end. We’d been taking our fur baby here since he was 2 months old (he passed when he was 6yo). We took him in for his leg which was swollen. Without any test or exam the Dr. took one look at him then flat out says it was lymphoma. Stunned obviously, we ask the normal questions one would and received the most nonchalant insincere responses. Which at a time like that any type of comfort was needed for my family but we got none of that. The Dr. basically said “he’s dying, so do you want to pay for chemotherapy or not?”, then sent us on our way. It’s been almost a year since our baby boy passed and this visit still plays in my head. Needless to say, whenever we do get another fur baby, we will not be using them because apparently they only care about the money which is sad knowing how many people use them for their pets care and look to them for support. So beware, the friendly staff will fool you into thinking they care, because we experienced first hand that they don’t.
