They were so very nice and took very good care of Bucky and answering any questions that I had and were very calm with Bucky and very comforting for him so I thank everyone for that thank you for taking care of Bucky!!!!

Everyone is very friendly and answers any questions and provide additional resources whenever need. I also love to see Snow’s name on the board. It’s such a personal touch and lets me know the staff knows my furry grandson 😊

I've been coming here for years now and never had problems until recently. I ran across what I believed was a billing error and brought it to their attention and the situation was handled very poorly. I had a 10:30am appointment and arrived at 10:32am and was charged a $40 late fee, upon speaking to the office manager about the situation she claims that three individuals including Dr. Gann said I was late. I asked for her to see if she can play the cameras back and look at a time stamp but she refused because of the three individuals who said I was late and she said since they said it then she's going with that. In addition she said I was told about that fee while being in the room and I told her I HAVE NEVER known how much I was spending until I checked out. She had no regard to what was being said on my end she believed what was said by the staff and blew me off. I called her back when I seen that on the bottom on the invoice it said late fees are $30 to let her know and my call was completely ignored and I still did not get a call back about that. Considering that I've been coming here for years with no problem I thought things should have been handled differently, this left a very bad impression and I will not be returning!

Dr. Gann and her staff have shown nothing but True Love, Care and Concern for my 8 1/2 year old AM. Bully, Kane!! I truly appreciate how her staff smile, hug and give Kane treats for being an appreciative patient. I'm extremely happy for having DR, Gann and her as Kane primary Care Takers. They are number one with a bullet when it come to taking care of their patients. Kane and I are extremely happy that Dr. Gan and her staff are our primary Care Takers!!! Illiana Vet Hospital was incredibly patient and efficient! They quickly got a stray in for vaccines and bloodwork, showing great care and compassion. So thankful for their help with this sweet baby. Highly recommend!
