Urgent Vet was a lifesaver for our dog, Mack, when we had a last-minute emergency. He cracked his toenail so badly that his nerves were exposed, and we were panicked trying to find help. From the second we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and reassuring. Yeah, the wait was a little long, but they kept checking in on Mack, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. They walked us through everything, what the procedure would be, what we were paying for, and even worked with us to make sure we could afford the best care possible. That kind of transparency and understanding is rare, and we really appreciated it. Dr. Nademna took great care of Mack during the first visit, and when we had to come back because he was still bleeding, Dr. Anthony White was just as attentive. They re-wrapped his paw, made sure everything looked good, and sent us home feeling confident he was healing. If you’re in the neighborhood and need a vet that actually listens and cares, Urgent Vet is the place to go. They treat your pets like family and that means everything when you’re dealing with an emergency. Highly recommend!

Dr. Arias and his team was absolutely the best. They are not only professional and understanding they are the sweetest team I can ever choose to take care of my Dasher during his urgent situation. Don’t think twice go to them. The office was so clean reasonable pricing and they break everything down for you. Definitely will go back went in their sad and scared walked out cared for with a better understanding of what my dog is going through.

From the moment we walked into the office everyone from the front desk staff to the techs were so kind and amazing Our French bull dog Lily was experiencing pain and we didn’t know form where. As soon as Dr Arias saw her he knew what was wrong he immediately assessed her and gave her something for pain. Almost Immediately Lily was getting back to her normal self. In addition to the care we received. Dr Arias noticed she struggles with allergies and recommend food he believes in to help our pups diet. We were treated like family and I will be forever grateful for how he and his staff treated my baby!moving forward this is where we will be receiving our care. Thank you all for being kind to us.

I’ve had 3 visits so far, and everything has been pretty good with Dr. Arias. My cat was very well taken care of, especially since this was his first time seeing a vet since being in my care, so it was a new experience. Tania, my vet technician, was extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. She broke down all the services and costs clearly, which I really appreciated. Also, the neutering process itself was super quick, so 5/5 for that as well. Overall, I’m happy with the care and services, & I would definitely come back if needed.

I went in for an emergency for my dog because of an allergic reaction. All the staff was really kind and we were attended really quickly. They gave both of my dogs cute Superman hoodies. Would come again
