We had a 5 Star experience! We called on a Friday at lunch; the front desk was super nice and very willing to squeeze us in that afternoon. The doctors assistant was also kind and very observant to the situation. Dr. Kay has a great attitude, diagnosed the situation quickly and had all meds in stock. It was easy, enjoyable and affordable. Even on our way out, the entire staff was so friendly to us and Bear - I highly recommend!

Went for a follow up appointment to an emergency visit. The staff were very professional when scheduling me and very accommodating. They were gentle with my dog while she had her stitches removed.

She showed concern and seemed to genuially care for my pet like I do. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organized, and clearly equipped with the latest technology and resources to provide the best care possible. Dr. K was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the examination process and answered all of our questions without rushing. You can tell he really cares about animals and is dedicated to ensuring they receive the best treatment available. My pet received excellent care, and we left feeling confident and reassured. Overall, this is a place where you can trust your furry friends are in great hands. Highway 5 Animal Hospital / Emergency, Should Be Nominated If Not Listed, As Georgia’s # 1 Animal Hospital. The night before Christmas Eve, unexpectedly my 12month year old Boston Terrier went into labor. When every animal hospital turned us away, or potties to scare us away with their over gouging and unethical and unfair prices. The Staff At Highway 5 Urged Us To Immediately Come To Their Location. Not Only Did The Staff Make My Dog and I Comfortable When We Arrived. The amount of knowledge they knew about my dogs breed was absolutely impressive. Because of Highway 5 My Boston Terrier Was Able To Give Birth To Her Small Ball Of Fire, Healthy & Strong.

Dr Michael Kay on Hwy 5 in front of Publix is amazing. The entire staff makes you feel like family. Very attentive, supportive and encouraging. They do what is necessary without trying to upsell to spend unnecessary money. Very thankful for them and highly recommend!
